Mes parents ont loué un bateau, pour une journée et c'était génial. L'organisation était simple aucun problème, le bateau correspondait aux photos et on a eu le soleil toute la journée ce qui a embelli la journée !!

Camden è stato un ospite eccellente! Comunicazione sempre chiara e puntuale fin dal primo contatto. Ha trattato l’imbarcazione con grande cura e rispetto, restituendola in perfette condizioni. Puntuale sia al check-in che al check-out, è stato un vero piacere noleggiare a lui. Consigliamo vivamente Camden a tutti gli altri owner!

Aunque tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, el personal lo intentó solucionar con mucha rapidez. Personal muy amable y preparado.

Efficacité

Era nuestra primera experiencia alquilando barco. Pensé que sería mucho más difícil, pero todo salió genial y el proceso de alquiler fué rápido y sencillo. Alquilaremos muchos más barcos de aquí en adelante. :-)

Une navigation dans l’archipel de la Guadeloupe très appréciée de l’équipage malgré les alizés qui soufflaient fort (BMS avis de grand frais sur plusieurs jours) et les gros grains par moment. Une météo inhabituelle en cette période !

Service client réactif, frais de plateforme maîtrisé, interface intuitive, déjà ma troisième location.

My experience with SamBoat was awful, mainly because of their platform and customer support.

When I first contacted their support regarding an issue I had on the platform, the initial response appeared to be written by a real person. However, it completely deflected my concerns instead of addressing the questions I clearly asked. After I pointed out that they were avoiding my questions, the tone of the responses suddenly changed and I started receiving clearly AI generated replies. The messages became generic, repetitive, and structured in a way that did not respond to my specific situation at all. Instead of providing clarification, they continued sending copy-paste style answers that completely avoided the core issue.

They did not answer a single direct question. At one point, their responses even contradicted earlier statements, and towards the end, they began repeating my questions to me... I truly have no words...

In total, I exchanged six emails with their customer support. It is very obvious that the first and last emails were written by an actual person, while everything in between was AI generated. It almost felt like they were making a fool out of me because they could've at least tried to hide the usage of AI, and adjust the tone and wording, so that it wasn't so obvious.

Based on this experience, I would never recommend this platform to anyone.

Review (Scam / Misleading Advertising)

Beware — this company is misleading and feels like a scam.

They are extremely responsive and friendly when you’re booking, but once they have your money, everything changes.

We booked a private boat for 6 people (the “Louis Vuitton” boat) and paid around €900+ plus insurance, gratuity, and service fees. The way they sell it makes it sound like a luxury experience with delicious, high-end food, premium drinks, and two island stops (Delos and Rhenia).

They also push you to pay for cancellation insurance, but be aware: they don’t actually cancel. Instead, once you’re already on the boat, they suddenly tell you they can’t do the promised stops because “it’s too windy,” and that they’ll only take you around the island. When we asked to reschedule, they said they would “make it worth it,” but that never happened.

The experience was disappointing for multiple reasons:

The water was extremely cold, so we couldn’t truly enjoy the snorkeling

The “brunch” was basically avocado and crackers/toast

There was no crab meat, no scallops, nothing like what was advertised

They promised sparkling wine, but that was not true — you have to buy it

They only provided local wine bottled by them, not what we were told

No “premium drinks” like they advertised (premium vodka, champagne, gins, etc.)

After the trip, I texted and called later emailed them to explain what happened and request a partial refund since we didn’t receive what we paid for — and they never responded.

To make it worse, they didn’t even allow me to leave a review on their website, even though they send you a link to do it.

Overall, this was not worth the money, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. Don’t fall for the marketing. If you want a real luxury yacht experience with great food and service, this was not it. Stay away from this company!!!

C 'est important que les guests sachent utiliser correctement les voiliers, les échanges entre les personnes passionnés sont toujours gagnants.
