I want the security team to know what happened to me, in detail. I use a VPN and I use it because I take privacy seriously and the network I work on requires it for compliance reasons. I have used VPNs for years across dozens of platforms without incident. When I connected to this platform through my VPN, my account was suspended within 48hours of creating it. No warning was given. The suspension notice referenced a generic ToS violation with no specifics

I submitted a support request immediately, explaining that I use a VPN for entirely legitimate reasons and asking what specifically I had done wrong. The reply I received five days later was a copy pasted response about account security with no direct engagement with my actual question

I replied again, more specifically. Another four days passed. The next response informed me my account had been reviewed and restored but again provided no explanation of what had triggered the suspension or how to avoid it happening again. I have since tested this informally. Without a VPN no problems. With my VPN enabled the account is clearly flagged as suspicious

Using a VPN is a violation on any platform I am aware of. Treating it as one silently, without explanation, with a nine-day support queue for the appeal is a policy that will systematically drive privacy-conscious users away

I would like to see this addressed explicitly in the terms of service and the help documentation

Credits disappear faster than I expected. Sent maybe a dozen messages over a couple of days and my balance was nearly gone. For what I got out of those conversations it doesn't feel like a reasonable exchange. The cost per interaction adds up quickly and there's no way to slow it down.

I starting chatting with someone who sounded great and we made a connection right away, but when i was trying to send him my contact info, he couldn't see it. So, we are stuck here? What if we want to meet? You can't. Sometimes the answers or questions were repetitive. Which makes me think this is fake. The credit system is ridiculous.

Getting into the adventure was easy. Then meeting someone was quick. People seem to respect the platform and communication is made easy from people all over the world, verified and respectful.

Good conversations so far. I enjoy being able to chat. I enjoy it and i love it. Great feed back.

This is definitely a scheme/scam. Stay off. The men’s stories are similar. Ex gf cheated with his best friend Once you meet someone you cannot exchange numbers or emails. They xxxxx it out. So you are stuck. I spent way too much $$$$. The bot “falling in love”…. I checked pics and several had flaws. Not real people but bots.

I just started today and am already having great conversations. Best website ive ever tried no joke actually met people i could talk to. And good sistem. And it was easy to join and seems authentic. Convos are smooth healthy and seem genuine.

The consultants were very professional and helpful. They truly have understanding and display integrity when dealing with my request

I'm trying to delete my account and the chat bot won't tell me how to do it. All I get is a run around with no helpful ways to delete account. Email chain is hard to read.
