High rates very high rates should be illegal

Horrible customer service and predatory lending. Please have other alternatives.

I have never owned a business, yet they spam my messaging. If they care so little that they don't do basic checks, how do you think they actually care about anything?

If i could give this a 0 star i would. This is a scam. They do give you money but they say you can pay it off early,but you cant. I had made payments, the day i went to pay off my balance, i checked the amount due, paid it off and they still charged me more money. You cant talk to anyone unless you speak to the complaint department. I filed 2 complaints in my short loan time. This place is a joke. Take an offer from a different lender.

It should be illegal for the amount that they charge in interest. @fdic @ftc. It's bad enough to have to get a small loan for Christmas, then get raped by the lender. It's disgusting. Plus, the customer service is RUDE! and they will not help at all.

THEY ARE NOT A DIRECT LENDER! Extremely high rates. They charge more than double what your loan is and the truth in lending states “ it’s an estimate “ and had I not paid off my balance in full, I would still be paying off a 200 dollar loan. Paid them over 500 dollars back on 200 dollar loan and would have been more but I paid it off before they could keep raising it. They show you a payment schedule but it you don’t make extra payments you will never pay it off !!! Beware

Waste of time. AI customer service rep that will ultimately hang up on you. Only Sarah available and she’s useless. They won’t tell you what they need to approve just ask for all of your information and decline you. Becareful!!

I went through all the trouble of applying and they turned me down due to not having enough deposits when I'm using yhe same account that's been getting my deposits for a year. Calling was no help, couldnt get a straight answer. This was a waste of time.

these guys are like your best buddy when you're in a tight spot and need some extra cash, gotta say, their process is a breeze. ... o paperwork, no hassle, just a few clicks and boom! Money in my account, plus, their interest rates are surprisingly reasonable. I mean, who knew borrowing money could actually be kinda fun?

average service some high rates but they are manageble, however i should take care on other charges if want to renew the loan

I was in your office today and I must say that I was shocked by the level of filth, You have a lot of work to do if you want to be able to compete with other loan offices, is it really possible to borrow money in such an atmosphere? I think not! Your managers are not very clean either and they need to be trained on how to wash their hands after using the bathroom I will never recommend anyone who wants a loan to visit your office because it is just too dirty.

I've used a lot of loan agencies in my town, and this one is by far the best. The employees know their jobs, and they're very helpful with any questions you have. I've always been able to get an appointment in a few days, and the process has gone smoothly every time. They have great customer service and make it clear that they care about helping you get the funds you need for whatever reason—whether it's for education or home improvement projects or anything else. Highly recommend!

found out about your agency from my cousin. He said I should try to apply because he knows someone who got a loan from you, and that person was completely satisfied, so i decided to apply, nothing bad, just nice service

I am very happy with the process and rate on my loan. The company was very helpful and I felt like they were there to help me find a loan that worked for me, the process was quick and easy, but it did take some time to find the right lender for my needs
