samedaytees.com レビュー

Very fair pricing, and helpful design staff. Quick replies to any of my emails. Website was not very clear on the shipping date. Paid for expedited shipping, but production is not equally expedited. Took longer than I anticipated to recieve.

Most expensive from any other place, Customer service below average, they act annoyed when helping you, takes 12-14 days to receive "same day" tee. Will not use again.

Responsive, helpful, on time. A little expensive due to the rush, but got so many complements on the softness of the shirts!!!

T-shirts came on time as expected and look GREAT!!!
I was worried that the website cautioned me that the image may be blurry, but it’s absolutely perfect!

I had a hiccup on the website, but customer service was very responsive and we were able to get the order completed. Their chat function is awesome. The tees came out great and they were delivered faster than I expected. Everyone was pleased!

Fast, efficient and awesome quality

Speedy start to finish order and shipping timeliness. These shirts are so soft and very well made. They are true to size fit. The picture was printed on them perfectly! We loved our order from same day tees and will DEFINITELY order from them in the future. Highly recommended company!

easy design interface, great communication post order

Quality products with professional & friendly staff.

I purchased 120 dollars worth of spirit wear and my order was incorrect. It's been over a week since I reached out and my issue has not been resolved. I was told they spoke with the front office, however they haven't responded either. My emails are not being responded to and when I called I was told to email.

Did a wonderful job on our shirts. Will use again.

Thank you, The only issue was that the tees were to be completed by a certain day, when we called the next day it was going to take an additional 3 days. After relaying our case there was a guarantee the shirts by the end of the day. Which was perfect since our event started right after we received them.

I really wanted this to be great. My shirts were supposed to be DTG prints, but they don’t look and feel like shirts from other vendors. It feels and sounds like a vinyl sticker on a shirt. This is combined with the fact that the graphic was oversized. Customer service was pretty unresponsive and when they finally did respond, basically all that could be said was that I needed to add more comments. Guess it was my fault. I wish they seemed to care more.

We ordered from samedaytees hoping for a swift delivery, and as far as I can tell, samedaytees processed the order and made it within one business day. The problem arose when it took 6 days to ship, when we selected the 'two day shipping option'. Now, this could be wholly the responsibility of the mail carrier, but some fault lies with samedaytees; the interface for selecting shipping options is not clear on the priority of the shipping. Many options had the same timeframe, but increased price, for no discernable benefit. Even when we asked a customer service rep about which option to choose, the option they directed to us did not exist, so we were stuck choosing the option that sounded the closest to what they advised.

Ultimately, the shirts we received were great, and exactly what we ordered, but the experience was not the best.
