I am over all happy with my experience with Sam Patient Services. Their hospitality is impeccable. I was picked up from the airport VIP style and taken to my hotel and the same coming back. I was picked up by the 2 lovely ladies Seline and Buket to and from my appointments. The dental staff was also pleasant. The language barrier wasn’t an issue as Miss Seline was my personal interpreter. So glad with my new teeth and can’t wait to get home and smile to everyone. From the first moment of contact with Sampatient, we received the utmost assurance that every question or query would be responded to immediately. Buket responded to each & every call or text msg - regardless of it being outside of working hours.

From the moment I landed in Izmir the car was waiting to take me to the hotel , which was really lovely, I had booked 2 treatments, dental makeover , which I really wanted a natural look and irs exactly what I got , my second procedure was tricycle lens replacement, and again the procedure was through and the result outstanding

Sam Patient Services were fantastic from start to finish, the main reason I used them apart from a competitive price was because of their efficient communication via WhatsApp right from day one, every message was answered immediately or within 30 mins, the clinic and surgeon they selected for me was brilliant, the hotel was nice but if I used them again I would book my own hotel closer to the clinic and more reasonably priced for food & drinks ect because there isn’t really anywhere to go around the hotel unless you get a taxi. Great results, so happy I had the trifocal lens replacement done.

Great from start to finish, perfect airport collection, picked up on time everyday for treatment, the eye tests on the first day were very thorough with many excellent machines, the lens replacement to both eyes went to plan, both the representatives for the company stayed in contact at all times, they even stayed with me at the eye hospital and translated whenever it was required, now I’m back at the hotel ready for my journey back to the uk.

I’ve just come back from Sam patient in Izmir & I couldn’t recommend them enough everything went perfect and I’m 100% 💯 happy with the results, Ivan honestly say there is absolutely nothing to worry about if you are thinking of having trifocal lens replacement just do it , it’s life changing 👌👌

I contacted this clinic and explained that I would be on holiday in Fethiye and would like to tie in my lens replacement. Nothing was too much trouble and I was collected from my hotel and driven to Izmir where they performed the procedure on both eyes so that I could continue my holiday the following day.
After the procedure I was helped to my hotel room in an amazing hotel nearby. Everything had been explained in full regarding eye drops and aftercare and I felt fully confident. After breakfast I was collected from the hotel and driven back to the clinic for a check up. Once again, nothing was too much trouble and all aspects of my aftercare were fully explained, with a contact name and number given yo me should I encounter any problems or need further clarification on my aftercare.
As soon as the surgeon was happy with my eyes and my understanding of the aftercare, I was driven from Izmir, across country, and back to my hotel in Fethiye where I carried on my holiday glasses free.
I would highly recommend SAMpatient for eye surgery, the procedure was quick and painless and I felt in control of what was being done throughout the whole stay.
After 36 years of being a varifocal glasses wearer I am still glasses free with excellent eyesight.

I recently had eye surgery in Izmir, Turkey, organised through Sam Patient Services, and I cannot praise them enough for the professionalism, warmth, and meticulous attention to detail that made my entire medical journey smooth and worry-free.

From the very beginning, Sam Patient Services made me feel supported and in great hands. They selected a highly qualified eye surgeon, whose skill and confidence reassured me instantly. The surgery itself went perfectly, and I felt at ease throughout thanks to their clear explanations and attentive follow-up.

During my stay in Izmir, I was exceptionally well looked after by two incredible team members from Sam: Zeynep and Bariş. Their kindness, patience, and dedication went far beyond what I expected. They were by my side in turns for every clinic visit, ensured I was comfortable after the procedure, and even offered emotional support when I felt nervous. It truly felt like being cared for by close friends rather than just a service provider.

The Hotel selected for me was clean and very nice with a lot of facilities included, ideally located, just a short 20 min ride from the clinic. It offered everything I needed to rest and recover peacefully. The transfers to and from the airport, as well as all transportation to the clinic appointments, were flawlessly arranged. Every pickup was punctual, and I never had to worry about logistics or delays.
This was my first time traveling abroad for surgery, and Sam Patient Services exceeded all expectations. Their blend of professionalism, genuine care, and thoughtful coordination turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of healing, peace of mind, and gratitude.
If you’re considering a medical procedure in Turkey, especially in Izmir, I wholeheartedly recommend Sam Patient Services. They are outstanding at what they do.

This is my second experience with this company, and now I understand even better how right my decision was. It's truly hard to find such professionalism in Turkey. Just like in my first procedure, they explained everything in the most accurate and trustworthy way in my second one as well. I definitely recommend Sam Ps for the right treatment.

I saw the ad for replacement lenses and asked for more info …..
Within a few hours I had my reply and all the information I needed
I then went back and forth for a few days trying to get some time off work
Finally managed to do that and flew out to turkey last Monday
What an amazing experience I had
Absolutely painless and I now have perfect vision
I had the trifocals fitted and could see better the next day
It’s been a week now and my eyes are perfect I have thrown away all my glasses !!!
I had 2 lovely assistants helping me, driving me and generally looking after me
The lovely Buket who looked after me from day 1 and the great Baris who took me everywhere
The service I received from the clinic was fantastic and everything was explained thoroughly to me
If you are thinking of having this done just go and do it because it has absolutely changed my life I don’t need reading glasses or distance glasses anymore
I can only give 5 stars but I would give more if I could

The dentist was very good and understanding as I’m terrified of dentists , so we’re the staff. They made me feel comfortable. I had 8 implants and was very nervous. The teeth I have now are very good and I’m happy with the results. I would recommend Sam if you’re looking to get your teeth done.

A great service which saw me looked after from airport to hotel. Hotel to procedure then hotel back to airport at the end.
Friendly knowledgeable staff who clearly have a close working practice with the Clinic. The clinic they use was also friendly and looked after me well through the processes.
Prices were good and every step was explained prior to and during my time with them.
