For someone who has got a phobia about needles I can’t recommend SAM PS highly enough. I came from the UK for a HT very nervous. The team at SAMS soon put me at ease. I was initially contacted by the very helpful Gokmen after enquiring online. Gokmen answered all my questions and put me at ease about the procedure as he himself has had a hair transplant. I was worried about the pain of the injections as I have read about other people going for this procedure and complaining about the pain. I needn’t have worried because the team at SAMS numbed the area first with numbing cream so I felt hardly any pain at all. Just a slight discomfort that I could easily handle. All in all a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SAMS.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries.
I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out this world.
Care provided from beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations who where already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least.
I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey.
May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to a journey of entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I had a gastric sleeve with Sam Patient Services 4 weeks ago and I have nothing but good things to say about them. From the moment I decided to have the sleeve all the way to being dropped off at the airport was brilliant. I dealt with Buse by WhatsApp all the way through and she has been amazing and still answers any questions I have very quickly. My surgeon was Dr Buldur and again he was amazing and his English was very good. The hospital was like a hotel room and the nurses were all lovely. I would have no hesitation in recommending SAM Patient Services for a gastric sleeve…..plus you only get three incisions (which have healed very nicely and are very small) as apposed to the usual 5-7 with others. Thanks again SAM you you been brilliant and I will definitely go back for any further treatments I wish to have in the future.

I came to Turkey three months ago to do my treatment with Sam P.S. I got my hair done in there. my hair started to grow. I am satisfied with the procedure. Sam patient's staff were very kind and helpful. They picked me up from the hotel and the airport just in time. I wanted to thank to SAM P.S.

I got tummy tuck surgery with Sam Patient Services and my experience couldn't be any easier, I arrived at 3 am but the driver was already waiting with a nice car!! All of my reservations were already made, we met with B in the lobby next morning. The hospital was clean, nurses were so nice, B was with me for my consults and translated everything. I previously had my nose done in Istanbul but there was a lot of extra charges, I wish I knew Sam before!! There was no charges, they gave me medications, garments everything!! I can't thank Sam enough, I love my new body!!

Sam Patient services were at my side from day one. I enquired online as to which clinic and doctors were best at lens replacement implants. I was worried because it would have been a very delicate procedure as it’s my eyes and secondly I found big price differences all around Turkey. Gokmen from Sam Patient service got in touch as soon as I put an enquiry on ‘which clinic’ website, he asked me when it would be a good time to have a chat about what procedure I was wanting. He called and was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease by explaining exactly what Sam Patient services can do for me. That was to arrange a transfer to my chosen hotel that was included in the price as well as meeting me at the hotel and taking me to all the appointments that Sam patient services arrange for you, they fill most of the forms out for you at the eye clinic that was arranged for me , they take you back, they collect all the medication and translate everything the nurses and doctors say and one assistant from Sam Patient services stay with you during the procedure and talk to you throughout the whole thing. In addition to this package, House of the Virgin Mary and Ephesus Tours was included and we really enjoyed this day. Gokmen also offered me a deal at the time of paying 10% of the treatment plan as a deposit and I would get £100 discount. He was true to his words and always wanted to make me feel secure about the way they deal with the payment. Initially I was apprehensive about the fact they wanted sterling and the whole amount on the day they would meet us so I asked Gokmen if he had any patients who I could speak to who have had this procedure already- he put me in touch with three people from the uk who had the procedure and I asked them about everything I was worried about and got all my answers so I went ahead with the plan. Booked the tickets and didn’t look back as Sam Patient Services really do have your back. Amazing service, more expensive than other places in Turkey however only This company were able to answer all my queries and say they would be with me the whole time and they were true to every word. Please think and research for yourselves before going and also consider the fact that you will have to sign a waiver to say you have read and understand that you are doing the procedure for your benefit and cannot blame the clinic for anything going wrong. The clinic does so many of these procedures a day that you feel confident the second you walk in, plus if you are not suitable then they would not do the procedure and you would get your money back minus the hotel stay. You pay for flights, they take care of the rest. Breakfast is included but you get all the other meals yourself which we loved- we went during the World Cup football so we were in the lobby with our Caesar salads and tea and cheesecakes. I would highly recommend Sam Patient services for any procedure you want doing in Turkey Iszmir.

Great service all my needs were met ,very friendly and professional and the dr’s were great my teeth are beautiful!!!! And my gastric surgery went well lost 20lbs in 2 weeks my confidence has risen so much I would definitely recommend Sams patient services Also the accommodation was great and friendly 😘

The company and Gokmen were super helpful from start to finish.

I came from London for Smile surgery however unfortunately did not pass some of the tests. Due to my cornea being too thin in some areas Dr Murat explained to me that the risks outweigh the benefits in my situation and did a great job of explaining to me why this was.

I received a refund excluding the accommodation & testing and also a copy of the test results which I could share with other doctors in the future if I became a more suitable candidate which Dr Murat explained cold be the case in a few years.

I couldn’t recommend the team more as they were incredibly helpful & professional throughout. I would definitely use them again.

Expensive compared with other clinics in Turkey. Also charge extra for extra needs, like sedation for example. I will not be using this clinic

Have just returned having my Gastric Sleeve and day 4 post op.
My anxiety levels , procrastination do I do I not , pre decision , was 100% of the opposite.
I am so pleased to Sam Patient Services. Gokmen, took full control of the arrangements from my arrival from the airport ( via posh limousine ) to the hospital and transfers to hotel and airport again. He was present throughout my consultations pre and post op , making my experience being in a foreign country comfortable.
His personality helped me to switch off of my pre op anxieties.
Being a nurse myself in the UK I was astonished at the level of nursing within the hospital. Efficient , caring and thorough with regular observations. Various tests ECG , Ultra Sound , Endoscopy , X-rays bloods
My surgeon is A+++ from the actual operation it self to twice a day checks on my following recovery , and responsive to concerns.
I don’t believe that the NHS would match such standards.
Would I recommend to anyone taking the plunge ? 100%! A total swift experience , from start to finish.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sam Patients Services. The welcome we had, to the attentive staff. All so friendly. B our english enterpreter was so friendly, informative and very professional. She made sure you understood the whole process and really put you at ease. Was always there when you needed her. Hospital was very clean and professional. My surgeon Dr Serhat Bulder was so brilliant. Very kind and communicative.i felt in safe hands. After my gastric sleeve my pain was kept under control so well. Healing has went so well too. Even after I got home they keep in touch regularly checking how I am doing. I would like to thank Sam Patient Services for their professionalism. I travelled alone, unaccompanied, to a foreign country for a transit bipartition operation. Everything was very well organised, up to the minute, very polite and efficient. Everything to the highest standards. And now, after the operation, we keep in touch and I get answers to any questions. Thanks a lot to Buse who was patient with me. Don't hesitate, truly professional and dedicated people will be permanently with you. Thanks also to the medical team led by Dr Serhat Buldur, proffesional and close to people. It was a really pleasure to meet all of them.

My anxiety kicked and I was not sure if I should do all of this but I got awesome support from Buse she stayed by my side and helped me out even after the operation I have some questions what food is acceptable now or not and she puts in everything high effort. The operation with Dr Serhat buldur was very good, I am not having any issues after the operation and I get support for questions I feel very safe and happy!!! In 9 days I lost already 6.5kg!!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and i would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey.

On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication.
The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend.
The following day I returned home!
It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism.
I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions.
I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Good experience

I opted to go with Sam patient for my dental work & I’m so happy with the results. My work consisted of 16 implants & 28 crowns. I cannot stop smiling & everyone has complimented how amazing they look. The team at SAM are very professional top to bottom. The transfers, the hotel, the dental work everything.
