What a shame to read this review when we could have tried to resolve the issue. Should you have contacted us on receiving the item, we could have either,

1. Spoken to the supplier to source you a new replacement
2. Given you a partial or even full refund (as I'm sure the supplier would not be happy knowing they sent us a used item)

It's unfortunate to see you review us publicly before we had a chance to resolve the issue.

As samples, they are sometimes used for photoshoots, demos, etc. We only commit to unused kit, and usually give the items a once-over as they arrive in the shop; however, this must have slipped our notice—a simple and innocent mistake from us and the supplier. Therefore, I apologise for your experience.

As you denied any compensation via email, I will consider this matter closed, but rest assured we will make sure this doesn't happen again!

Ordered some new Armada skis from sample drop. Amazing quality, really happy with the purchase. The customer service was next level. Jake at sample drop managed to set the bindings and ship the skis all within 2 days just in time for my holiday. Super quick turn around. I would highly recommend sample drop for your ski equipment.😌

Amazing store!!

Amazing store!!! I bought 3 items for presents over Christmas and was amazed at the quality and selection of the pieces available at sampledrop. Prices are unbeatable and current season stock too! It's hard to find stores that sell Picture organic clothing, a high end French brand but this store stocks a lot of their stuff and different sizes, Customer service was great as well, I needed measurements to make sure I got the right size and Jake was quick to respond and with photos too! Bought the Christmas pressies a little late but they were delivered quickly also! I don't think I'll be shopping anywhere else now to buy cool snowboarding gear now that I found these guys👍
