Very disappointing experience at the


Very disappointing experience at the last event. The selection was quite limited, which made it difficult to find anything worthwhile, and the pricing didn’t reflect good value either. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations and could definitely be improved in terms of both variety and pricing.

According to FedEx tracking, your order was delivered on 15 March 2025. We were not contacted at the time regarding any delivery issue.

As this review has been left nearly a year after the recorded delivery date, unfortunately it is no longer possible for us to open an investigation with the courier.

TEUER, Warnung an EU-Kunden: Finger weg von Sample Sale London

Erfahrung – Bestellung von zwei hochwertigen Raumsprays:
– Defekt: Einer der beiden Sprays kam mit kaputtem Pumpmechanismus an – komplett unbrauchbar.
– Kundenservice: Wochenlanges Hin- und Her, verspÀtete RÃŒckmeldungen, teils gar keine Antwort. Absurde Forderung nach einem Video zur „BeweisfÃŒhrung“ des Defekts – Video geliefert, keinerlei Reaktion. Erst nach Eskalation an die Teamleitung Bewegung.
– Zusatzkosten: FÃŒr EU-Kunden entstehen schnell ÃŒber 100 € Gesamtbelastung durch Produkt, Versand, Zoll und Steuern (u. a. 15,95 € Versand, 20,55 € FedEx-/EinfuhrgebÃŒhren). Kein DDP-Verfahren, keine transparente Vorab-Information ÃŒber diese Zusatzkosten.
– Erstattung: Trotz defektem Artikel lediglich 20 € „aus Kulanz“. Anteilige Versand- und GebÃŒhrenÃŒbernahme verweigert, Verantwortung auf „die Marke“ abgeschoben, teils arroganter Tonfall.

Fazit:
Ernst gemeint?! Premium-Preis, Discounter-Service. Defektes Produkt, versteckte Zusatzkosten, schleppende Kommunikation und am Ende eine symbolische Mini-Erstattung. Klare Warnung: Kunden außerhalb des Vereinigten Königreichs sollten hier nicht bestellen – es sei denn, sie akzeptieren Risiko, Frust und Zeitverlust.

Eine schlechte Erfahrung, die man am besten abhakt – und andere davor warnt. Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall.

Keep getting spam

Keep getting spam. I do not use this company but I can't unsubscribe only leave a review. My review is, Don't hire Spam marketers. Everyone hates them, they don't increase sales and now I will never buy anything from you.
