Initial meeting at our house to explain the installation, costs and app' were all very clear and concise. No pressure to buy but good advice from which to make an informed decision. Contact with current DNO to secure installation was all handled seamlessly by Samso. Installation was managed very professionally on the day, with good coordination between electricians, scaffolders and PV installer. Subsequent documentation to finalise transfer of DNO to Octopus was issued by end of the week.

Extremely professional outfit. They were slightly more expense than a local quote but they installed it with their own team who all talk to each other and gave a hassle free end to end service. The electricians couldn’t have been more helpful and actually tailor made a solution to not show any evidence of the extra electrical cables required. Super happy and would recommend

Scott Rowe was great to deal with — knowledgeable, responsive, and actually followed through on what he said (rare these days). A fully working PV solar system. Always polite and helpful throughout from office and on site. There were issues with meeting agreed dates, and some snagging items. All though were professionally and satisfactorily remedied. Very happy with the system, and having them back to install a heat pump with full heating installation, which must be a good recommendation.

From start to finish communication was superb, the scaffold team, the installers were all very considerate and cleaned up any debris.

The team did a fabulous job installing my Solar and Heat pump. They were on time, helpful, cleaned up daily until installation completed and informed me of all progress /problems/adaptations as they went along. I have had no problems with the system which has been running now for 5 months and they were good at explaining how to use the controller app to get the best out of the system and advising on the best tarrif to use.

The experience from start to finish with Samso was incredibly easy. Standout mentions to Bruce and Claire whose communications and explanations were fantastic with any questions and requests. The installation went 99% smoothly with any unforeseen issues quickly addressed and resolved by the installation team. The solar and battery system we have now looks very cool installed and has been working very well. I liked the work done and products so much I have just had an additional battery installed to further future proof the system!

The sales team where really good and sorted out all the decisions on what options to take. They sorted out the DNO without issue and the install was quick and easy with minimal fuss

I would say that everyone who visited my house on behalf of Samso (panel installers, electricians, scaffolders) was an expert in their field, who also felt a personal pride and responsibility for getting it done right.
