J'ai donc envoyé un mail le 28/08 et n'ai eu aucun retour depuis.
Samsonite n'a aucun service après vente malgré ma valise qui était sous garantie !!!
Produit défectueux au niveau de la fermeture et ils ne veulent pas l'admettre !
Pour le prix payé c'est du vol!

"Fuyez Samsonite, ma fermeture de valise a eu un défaut et je ne peux plus me servir de la valise. Malgré ma garantie, après des échanges et un appel avec le responsable, ils considèrent que c'est moi qui l'ai abimée ...Quel intérêt aurais-je ? J'étais en tournée avec ma valise, car je suis comédienne, elle s'est complètement ouverte dans la train alors que j'étais assise loin de ma valise, en plein milieu de la fermeture, les crans se sont abimés pour la refermer ...je vous passe les détails. Samsonite me propose un nouvel achat avec 20 % de remise, ma valise est sous garantie ...je souhaite qu'elle soit réparée ou échangée et ils ne veulent pas. J'ai eu plus de 10 ans une Delsey, fermeture très solide, j'ai dû racheter une autre valise et j'ai pris Delsey. Aucun SAV chez Samsonite, ou SAV de très mauvaise foi !!! A fuir !!!"

This is an update regarding my Samsonite cases costing £700 used once, the wheel buckled causing a crack in the shell and now they can’t be used.
After the first case failed it was sent to fixmybag and that was deemed negligence on my part, that case was useless.
I used the other case for another trip and exactly the same thing happened in exactly the same place. At this stage I contacted Samsonite again as it appeared there was a manufacturing problem.
Both cases were sent back to fixmybag but of course, Samsonite insist it was my fault either during use or caused by a major impact that could have been the fault of the airline.
Both cases were checked when taken off the airport carousel and they were intact, we always check.

The moral of the story is don’t buy expensive Samsonite cases as the warranty is useless along with their cases and customer service.

Over en uke fra bestilt til melding om at pakken er sendt med bring. Over en uke etter det igjen fortsatt kun varsel om pakke på sporingsnr- ikke levert posten ennå - så langt heller ikke svar på Mail.
Så nå 2,5 uker etter bestilling uklart om den kommer eller om varen bør kjøpes på fysisk butikk ..

Får beskjed om å ikke bestille ting jeg ikke trenger når jeg ber om retur på en vare. Aldri opplevd verre kundeservice, hold dere unna Veronica på samsonite repair center.

I bought a 350 USD luggage and after 4 flights the internal zipper was gone. The worst part it is that I tried to use the warranty and they said "yes" but after a week they informed me that they cannot repair and no warranty for that. Really??? It is an internal zipper how regardless of the material or quality can be the responsible? So, it will be my last time with SAMSONITE and if you don't want to lose your money, so DON'T BUY IT!!!!

I am super frustrated with Samsonite -- their suitcases are of inferior quality and their warranty is "not worth the paper it is written on" . Bough a suitcase that was destroyed -- they claim no responsibility. Their suitcases are the same as you buy at any random market for 5% of the price. I would recommend everyone to be quite skeptical to the brand, and not thrust that the warranty will be honored -- it is very biased towards Samsonite is right and customer is wrong.
