Mala experiencia con mi lavasecadora Samsung Bespoke AI 26/15kg. La compré en Octubre 2025 y a los dos meses empezó con ruidos raros, Samsung invalidó mi garantia según ellos por mal uso y de su soporte técnico ni hablar, al menos en la ciudad de Morelia, super malo, nada profesionales, incumplidos. Desde enero del 2026 tengo esperando la visita para diagnostico de mi equipo, visita que ya pagué, quedamos en una cita y nunca acuden y no te responden los mensajes.

La calidad y la garantía de sus productos son únicos y de excelente calidad

Myself and my wife recently built a new house and decided to put TV,s in each of the rooms. Sadly, we chose the Samsung brand in three of the rooms but two out of the three have now developed major faults rendering them unusable. These TV’s have lasted 2 1/2 years from new which I think is a pretty poor show. Previous TV’s we have owned have lasted years without problem. Samsung are unapologetic and just recommend booking them in for paid repair but the warranty on something like a TV should be covered if they have been hardly used and there is an obvious design fault with the unit. They both have had minimal use as in spare rooms so have been rarely use. I will never buy this product brand again and would certainly never recommend this marque to anyone in the future. Shame on you Samsung.

this is my first Samsung experience so I don't have much to go on. I recently purchased the QLED 55 inch QN90F television set and it's absolutely incredible. I've never seen resolution I had a private technician helped me because he knew how awesome this could be and I've never seen clarity and color like this and what's really funny is the protective glare plastic coat is still on the front of the screen I didn't realize lol what a great product sincerely

Tv samsung 65", 3ans de vie, en penne, plusieurs pb détecté par le réparateur ! Dont le fameux "s'eteind et se rallume seul"connu par samsung. Devis de réparation 1300€, pour les pièces + environ 300€ pour 2 déplacements, sans compter le prix de la 1ere visite... c'est de l'escroquerie ! Pure et simple !
Téléphone neuf de mon neveu en panne...Samsung c'est terminé pour nous! Ni portable ni tablette ni tv et etc. Nous avons refusé la réparation et nous sommes tournés ver une tv LG de bonne gamme à 1300€.. du vol en fait surtout quand ils connaissent cette panne récurrente !!!
