Before: I interacted with Hung Tran during my purchase of a Yamaha receiver, a Polk speaker system with a subwoofer and various other items.
I had many questions and requests for advice. Mr. Tran was able to answer all of them satisfactorily, patiently and added information I hadn't even thought of. During: While my order was progressing, I called Mr. Tran many times to ask further question, seek clarification and even modify my order. He never reacted negatively. He was always polite, very informative, seemed eager to please and accommodate my requests, even though I later learned that many of my questions and comments were truly inane. After: Mr. Tran was graciously willing to exchange/accept items I had purchased when I asked him due to a perceived error on my part. Thankfully, I ended up with what I originally purchased from him and they turned out to be the correct number and type of devices and accessories for my needs. In the future, Mr. Tran and Samtech will be my first choice for all things electronic, audio video and whatever he sells that I need. It's rare that you get this kind of close personal attention and dead-on accurate expert advice. I truly recommend this company and Mr. Tran without the least reservation. Oh and the prices were phenomenal! No one else could touch them. Call him. You won't be disappointed.

I couldn't be happier with Samtech. I send a few questions to Samtech and received very promptly and friendly replies. The order came in the time period that was promised.

The only suggestion I would make is to either switch from using UPS or pack items with more protection. UPS is notorious for being rough with iteams. The outside box in which my item was shipped looked pretty battered. Fortunately, the manufacturer's packaging combined with a bubble bag supplied by Samtech protected the item.

All in all, I highly recomment Samtech and would look at using their services again in the future.

Their prices can't be beat! It was an excellent value but came at a cost - very slow shipping. I ordered my item on a Saturday and even though it was in-stock, it did not ship until the following Wednesday and wasn't delivered until 7 days later. Total time from order to delivery was 12 days. The communication from the company is also excellent. Here's my review breakdown:

1. Price/value = 5 stars - excellent
2. Communication = 5 stars - excellent
3. Shipping & handling = 2 stars - very slow
12 / 3 = 4 so overall 4 stars.

Over all this was a good experience and I would recommenced them to friends.

My experience was excellent from the first question I sent by email. It was late at night, but I got a reply by Hung T. within about an hour. I requested the item be double box shipped, and he was very receptive. The item was about a week away from being ready for shipment. Apparently it was being shipped by boat. As soon as it was available, it was shipped that day. Hung T. emailed me the tracking number, and it arrived soon at my residence. The item was double boxed just like I requested. I am extremely happy with the service. Hung T. was great. I would definitely shop with Samtech again, and recommend to a friend.

I have been looking for a reference CD DAC.. I've always have bought most my HIFI from Amazon... I've never heard of Samtech.. Google introduced me. And I'm so happy with having talked to a sells rep that called quickly, and gave me all the info that I desired! !! Not only did I get great sells service, but Samtech is the only one that was selling the CD DAC for 50 bucks less than anywhere else online!! And this is a new unit, and it's hot on the market right now. This tells me that Samtech is concerned about true customer service, and has proven this through price break, and customer service! ! I will b ordering a lot of my HiFi through them from now on...
This is one company that I feel that I can depend on before and after the sell. !!! Thank u, James C

Polk LSiM 703 speakers arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I received an email response to a shipping question within the hour - with accurate information.

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Satisfied after installation. If not for Samtech, I would been left high and dry. They sell the speakers solo, if you want one of the Jamo speaker and also the center channel. The best price that I could get out of the WWW.

Will go back to Samtech, if i have to in the future.

After scouring the net for a pair of Polk Audio architectural speakers - I found Samtech offered what I wanted for the absolute lowest price anywhere.

I placed my order on Feb 18th - unfortunately their website does not indicate if the item is in stock or not. After a week or so I had to call them to find out what was going on. The agent politely explained the speakers were sold out / on backorder and would ship out to me as soon as new ones arrived.

The speakers arrived on March 11 in original packaging and in good condition.

At prices this good it makes sense that they sell out often, but it would be nice to know the order will be delayed.

In summary, I would buy from Samtech again in the future.

Samtech's customer service is very responsive and helpful. Coupled with great pricing for the products I needed makes this company one to do business with!

Ordered Polk Audio in-wall speakers on 2/13/14. On my emailed receipt I received a notice that my products were back ordered and estimated to ship in 1-2 weeks. It is 02/26/14 and the tracking number link continues to display my product will ship in 1-2 weeks. Flustered I reached out to Samtech today and received an email stating that my product is scheduled to be shipped at the end of next week (03/07/14) and then of course tack on another 5-7 for shipping. I have requested my money back at this point. Although I paid by credit card and my money was instantaneously taken from my account, it is going to take 3-5 days to refund my money through Paypal? Not happy with my experience but will happy to be done with this company. Steer clear. Truly disappointing that Polk Audio would distribute through this company. Next email going their way. Prices were the best I've seen, I couldn't believe it at first! Put Amazon to shame. And so easy to deal with. Cannot say enough!

My two Flux 50s are my second and third Furutech purchases from Samtech online. Good folks. The Flux 50 shipped fast and the communication was excellent. I’d give them an A+ for service.

In my system, the Flux 50s power a DAC and amplifier. First impressions were that the amp gained high frequency clarity as well as deeper bass and the DAC gained “air,” a bigger soundstage and more natural timbre (easily tested by removing the Flux 50s). The DAC and amp are plugged into separate circuits and have power conditioning that work with that particular piece of equipment. Outlets and power cables are audiophile grade.

How much more could be gained? Let’s just say that I was going to upgrade my DAC before the Flux 50s and that is no longer the case. The difference is easily experienced. The DAC and amp are very well regarded, so the sound before the Flux 50 was quite good and very enjoyable. Breaking the flux took many, many hours but was worth it.

Power conditioning makes sense, both before the power cable and after too. Furutech has changed my opinion of just how much improvement is possible with cleaner power. Why not listen to the gear you paid for? Great stuff.

When i bought my Polk in wall speakers ,they are at very good price compare to all other sites , initially i am reluctant to order as they are selling a far cheaper price then all other sites , but once i received they are accurate and i try to buy all my products from samtech .
