I shopped online and had items shipped to store. Got a great deal! Absolutely love my 1.5 ctw brilliant fire earrings!!! Shipping was a little slow but extremely painless!

I placed my order checked the next day option and 3 or 4 days later I contacted them asking where my order was . Response was it is being processed do you wish to cancel order or proceed , why have next day option and nothing about processing order nothing. Of coarse I proceed happy with product but it took 3 or 4 weeks to get !!! No discount or anything for delay not sure if I will ever order again!!

Lovely lower grade diamonds

The diamonds are falling out of one of the ribgs. I will send back for a refubd or full cr ED it.

We bought both of our rings here, we were told both were under a guarantee for any resizing that needed to be done, or if any of the diamonds came loose, as well as cleaning. When we came in to get my ring sized, it was too big, they told us there was a charge to do so. This is unacceptable. We feel taken advantage of and lied to. When I get my ring back consider that our last exchange with you. I will not be doing business with someone who decives the people that give them business.

My daughter loved the gold heart shaped necklace I purchase. It arrived fast and in a lovely purple fabric bag.

The person I talk to about my order was rude. I pay $25 for over nite service. My order look like it came out of a toy machine.

I wish it had a stamp on the ring not having it make it look fake

I sent a message on Facebook to locate a specific item I could not find online. Within 3 days they found it, sent me a link to purchase online, and I was able to pay for it!! I had it within another 3 days!! Very simple and very helpful!! I would highly recommend yhem!

Only recieved 1 of 2 rings ordered, upon calling was informed that they no longer work with the vendor for the second ring. No one reached out to is and we had to call several times to get full explanation.
