The class is challenging but we are encouraged to work within our individual limitations. Sophie gives clear instructions, is very friendly and always varies the exercises each week. Would highly recommend.

Sophie is very professional and able to assess your capabilites and deliver a session that meets your needs. The exercises can vary from week to week keeping the sessions fresh, yet building on the strength already gained. I would thoroughly recommend Sana Pilates and Wellness!
