I had an incredible experience with Sanará, in Copenhagen. I received a lymphatic drainage combined with a relaxing massage, in a comfy and welcoming place located in the center of the city. Super competent, polite and attentive professional, who in addition to the really great and complete massage, talked to me afterwards about points of attention and suggestions based on some issues identified during the massage. I highly recommend it!

Adina is an excellent, dedicated and very technical proffesional. She did a brief interview with me to personalize the massage. The clinic facilities are very welcoming!

Adina provides one of the best massages I have gotten in many years. When you arrive, she asks how you feel and where you need extra focus. After that you enter a calming and very nice room where the treatment takes place. Adina has an extra sense in regards to what you need. All in all, a great massage and experience.

I cannot recommend Sanara enough. Adina is a true healer! She deeply understands the intricacies of the body and is incredibly skilled in a wide variety of treatments. I’ve experienced so much progress through her work and expertise. She always takes the time to truly understand how you’re feeling before the treatment to ensure she addresses all the key issues. I visit regularly now and have received relaxing and deep tissue massage, as well as manual lymphatic drainage and Bowen Therapy. She always suggests the right treatments for whatever you’re struggling with. On top of that, she’s a radiant soul and incredibly professional, always making you feel so comfortable and at ease. It is a great pleasure to be treated when the therapist understands the needs of your problem. At the same time a very professional approach and execution. On top of this, she is incredibly sweet, so it couldn't be better! My best recommendations.

I have been at Sanara at least once a month for a whole year now, and I give her my best recommendations. Adina is very intuitive, she is good at feeling your tensions and reading your needs. I find her technique different from other masseurs, and you can tell she puts a lot of effort and caring into her work. I have mostly received the deep tissue massage because of all the tensions I get from working out a lot, and she always manage to relieve pain and tensions I have had. Her place is cozy and clean. Last but not least, she is one of the loveliest persons I have ever met. Its always a joy seeing her ! :)

I got a deep tissue twice, and I book the third session. After two sessions I feel significantly less tension and pain and had no headache so far. I truly enjoyed the massage and I felt much more relaxed afterwords.
She was professional, pleasant and kind and the atmosphere was relaxing. I
got few recommendations after the massage, including a pillow case for improved posture, which I have purchased.

I always visit Adina’s place when i am in Copenhagen. She is great at what she does. She gives a good quality massage and i always leave more relaxed. I truly recomand her.
