As the wallpaper is applied directly to the wall, the preparation of the surface plays a vital role — even small imperfections can show through, particularly with lighter designs.

Vi är däremot ledsna att höra om din upplevelse kring känsligheten och att den inte riktigt levde upp till dina förväntningar. Våra tapeter är noggrant framtagna med premium-material, där fokus ligger på att skapa en elegant finish, vara enkla att arbeta med och ge ett hållbart och vackert resultat när de monteras korrekt.

Vad gäller krympning ska våra tapeter normalt sett inte krympa efter installation. I sällsynta fall kan det dock uppstå om väggen inte är tillräckligt mättad innan montering, vilket kan leda till att underlaget suger åt sig för mycket lim.

Vi har kontaktat dig via mail för att kunna hjälpa dig vidare och hitta en så smidig lösning som möjligt — för oss är det väldigt viktigt att du känner dig helt nöjd med din tapet. /Sandberg Wallpaper Family
