Avoid this company like the plage! I started a claim back in January. I recieved a text staying to send in bank statements which I wasn't prepaired to do. as to which if i don't send in any information they were threatening cancellation on the claim. After this I recieved no cominication from sanderson and drake and the claim even went over the dates given so I was messaged directly from my lender stating if I wanted to take to take the claim further I can contact the financial ombudsman. Again at this point still no contact from sanderson and drake... I have now had my claim completed and have sanderson and drake demanding payment when I have had no contact for months and the last contact stating tha they were going to cancel if I didn't respond.
I then made a complaint due to this where I was mislead multiple times on the phone calls. I was told that I had to make a complaint in writing when it states I could do it over the phone after saying this i was repeatedly lied to as The complaints handler was in a meeting and my call was tranfered to another advsor which sounded like the same guy which i challenged on the call as the only person who deals with complaints is the complaints handler so i have no idea why i was even transfered to a different advisor (who also couldn't deal with my complaint) I was then mislead that the lady who deals with the complaints the complaints handler that i have to send an email to her regarding the complaint and lied to as to why she couldn't take the call. I received an email to ask for more information so my complaint can be looked into as it has been over 10 days since my complaint (this was on the same day not 10 days later) I then recieved a call from The Complaint handler today. She was extremely rude and passive aggressive on the call. She was unhappy for me to reply to her comments as a complaint is a conversation not a dictatorship! She was rude and ended the call abruptly telling me she would contact via email with her final response to the complaint I haven't even filed yet! The previous calls hadn't been listened to at this point and I am awaiting the final response. This company's service are awful and I will be taking this to the financial ombudsman if no manor of apology and discount applied for the lacking services and being mislead has been addressed. I am appalled by there customer services and the Manor that they deal with complaints. Epeically when a larger figure of money is involved. I was fully aware of this companys payment structure however as a customer I have never in my life been spoken to in this Manor on a telephone call and the lack of empathy, correspondence and misleading towards customers is extremely appalling.

I would give 0 stars if I could threaten with a ccj saying you made numerous attempts to contact me last contact I had was an email in Nov 2022 which I responded to stating how much I could pay per month I got no reply and it was ignored not even an email saying thats not sufficient enough can you pay this (which I would of seen if I could pay that) but no I was ignored so this is not numerus prior to thay the last email was 2021 then send me the email I just got that had over £1000 added to it which I will not be paying, if theu do decide to take it to a ccj I have sufficient evidence to prove I have made contact and was ignored, avoid at all costs it will be cheeper and easier to do it yourself
