I ordered the item on 29th September, expecting it to arrive within 2-7 days, but Santafixie hasn't event dispatched it to me.
Awful
Awful. Nut didnât work to fix lock to bike. Had to ask weekly for 6 weeks and has still not been resolved. Buy product elsewhere.
For your own sanity, please avoid.
I cannot stress how much I advise against ordering from this company if you are based in the UK.
The delivery took 3 weeks (there was no mention on the uk website of the estimated delivery time) - by which time the birthday had passed, of the person whom the gift was for.
Since then, for more than a month, I have been trying to return the item. The company will not let me print my own label to return the product, only allowing me to accept their collection service.
They have given me dates on which to expect their courier to pick up the parcel but I am yet to see a real person turn up.
They take days or weeks to reply to emails and have no phone number by which they are contactable. I have asked to speak to someone to resolve the issue a number of times to no avail. It seems this is a deliberate tactic to force you to accept the unwanted items.
Please avoid buying from this company at all costs if you are based in the UK.

Appalling non-responsive customer service
I ordered a bicycle from SantaFixie on 23/08, which subsequently arrived on 03/09. I had no issues with the time for delivery considering it was being shipped from Spain. The item arrived damaged so I contact customer services at SantaFixie on 06/09. Despite several chases I only received a response on 13/09 asking to send more photos, which I did so. Since then I have received no response, despite several email chasers. Incredible disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a bottle dynamo fix for my bike as the previous one had died on me after many years. A little apprehensive about ordering online, but it arrived on the estimated date, and it works beautifully.

Accidentally ordered 2 of the same item due to delays on the website during checkout. Emailed before dispatch to cancel order and no reply. Emailed orders to start return twice, no reply. Not made clear before purchase that return shipping would be quite expensive. Not happy with experience and still havenât returned second bag.
