We moved house on May 10th and hired this company to move our large furniture. They turned up on time, took apart large furniture and reassembled it the other end, and were really friendly. They were very careful handling our belongings from start to finish and were done in just a few hours. Communication was great before the move too, very helpful for an anxious client, consistent and clear. Much better price for the quality of service than most of the other movers we got a quote from. Would definitely use this company again!

On time.....professional.....diligent...... took them a long time but at the end of the move i was totally satisfied with the work the 2 guys did for me......would highly recommend this company .....and I have actually done so to to of my friends....... who may be intouch......thanks again guys

Two men arrived and got to work within minutes, they do not waste time at all!! They carefully took apart beds and handled large furniture with ease, all while being polite, professional, and incredibly understanding throughout the process. They even covered the floors and their shoes, which really showed their attention to detail and respect for our home.

We were actually moving two houses into one, and the coordination was flawless. Two removal vans arrived at the same time in the morning, and by early afternoon, everything from both houses had been moved into our new home. Not only that, but they rebuilt the furniture and placed every item exactly where we wanted it.

What really amazed me was how efficiently they worked together.. even when both vans met at the same property, they didn’t get in each other’s way at all. Watching them unload was honestly mesmerising, they were so quick and organised!

On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable considering the size and complexity of the move. I truly couldn’t recommend them more, an incredible team who made what could have been a stressful day feel effortless. Thank you to all involved (I must say the office booking process was the easiest I have ever experienced too) thank you team!

Michael, Steven and Yanis of Santa Removals were fantastic all day and went above and beyond! They were polite, efficient and they asked exactly where I wanted everything and left both the house I moved from and the house I have moved to in super condition. Michael even helped me to decide where my daughter’s bedroom furniture could go to make sure she had optimal light for her desk 😆 I hadn’t even thought of that! I would certainly recommend Santa Removals.

Santa Removals were excellent from start to finish. The team were polite, friendly and incredibly hard working. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked quickly and efficiently throughout the move. I got several quotes beforehand and they were also the best priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They were superb! Very efficient and organised everything very well. Made moving a lot easier. Couldn’t have moved and packed in such a short period of time without them. Both workers were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t fault them at all.

Gatis and the team moved a 3 bedroom house, 450 miles to Scotland from the Midlands for us right before Christmas on short notice. Annabelle was a pleasure to deal with when sorting out the quote and with the back and forth of setting the date, the logistics, etc. She tailored the quote to exactly match our needs etc. The price was very good. On the day of the move the team arrived right on time, worked very efficiently, kept the floors clean, were easy to work with, nice to chat to, made friends with our dog and they packed the house with plenty of time to spare. All the items were packed well and arrived intact. They also did a great job putting furniture and boxes exactly where we needed them. I would highly recommend Santa Removals to anyone.

After booking Santa removals today for the first time, I doubt very much now that I will ever use anyone else - they did a fantastic job.

The boys were very quick and hardworking - they completely exceeded my expectations. They were also very friendly, polite, respectful and trustworthy. I would have no issue recommending these guys to anyone!

I had accounted for around 2 hours to get all my stuff in the van, but they only took 1 hour 15 mins - I was very happy to be ahead of schedule.

As my move was very last minute, I didn’t have time to bubble wrap or properly protect any of my belongings. I was prepared to have a few broken items along the way - but I was very pleasantly surprised that there was no damage, which shows how respectfully the boys handled my property, and drove safely and sensibly to the new apartment.

From the moment I submitted an online enquiry to a site offering lots of removal companies the opportunity to quote, Gatis telephoned me with 10 seconds. Other companies contacted me some 2-4 weeks later.
The whole process to quote was quick,easy and straightforward and I was happy with the price quoted. Removal day went extremely well, the guys never stopped for a break. We were extremely happy with every aspect and would not hesitate for one moment to recommend. 12/10 guys, thank you.

Our recent move with Santa Removals Ltd was stressful and poorly managed. Despite raising concerns about timing and capacity beforehand, we were reassured everything would run smoothly. It didn’t.
The packing service was careless: plants mixed with household items (soil everywhere), my dried wedding bouquet crushed into clothing, and bathroom contents—including a shaver—dumped onto clean towels. Many items were left unpacked, forcing us to pack on moving day, which slowed everything down.
On moving day, the problems escalated. By midday, major areas like the gym and shed were still full. At 13:30, it became clear the three trucks provided were insufficient—they were full and hitting the bump stop. One truck had to offload early and return, leaving one of us standing in the cold with our belongings on the driveway until it came back. The move wasn’t finished until 19:30, despite us stepping in to help (we emptied the gym ourselves and helped offload trucks). Based on the size of our move, four trucks and six movers were needed—not the three trucks and four movers provided.
Several pieces of furniture were scratched, yet the company refused to compensate more than £150 for the stress, extra work, poor packing, and damage, saying: “Everything here is about money…” For reference, I asked for £300, which was reasonable given how the day went. This attitude shows they care more about money than doing a good job.
While the movers worked hard, the planning, execution, and customer service were unacceptable, especially with a 2-year-old waiting for us. Completing the job at 19:30 with our help was never the plan.
