Bonjour j’ai fait des Couronnes en full Zigornium magnifique résultat très beau sourire du début à la fin j’étais un peut stresser au début parceque je ne connaissait pas trop mais m’ont beaucoup rassurer la Clinînique Saphire dent , n’hésitez pas aller y se sont des professionnel est c’est la qualité. Merci À Amira et Fatma qui m’ont guider jusqu’à la fin du traitement

I had Nacera Zirconia dental crowns done at SaphireDent, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial consultation from Ismail.M to the final result, everything was handled in a very professional and structured way.
The doctor took time to explain the procedure in detail, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The quality of the crowns is excellent – they look very natural and fit perfectly.
The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized, and the staff are both friendly and highly skilled. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and focus on achieving the best possible result.
Overall, the outcome exceeded my expectations, both functionally and aesthetically. I would definitely recommend SaphireDent to anyone considering dental crowns.

M'ont chargé des dents en zirconium et m'ont fabriqué des dents temporaires en plastique qui se sont cassées après un mois!
Le 29 mars - prothèses enlevés au Canada.
Spécialiste implantologue confirme que les prothèses sont fabriqués de plastique- les dents et la gencive. Ce qu'on fait comme des prothèses temporaires et ça se produit en print pour 50 minutes (J'ai passé 9 jours à Istanbul avec Saphiredent!)
J'ai eu une offre pour des couronnes en zirconium, une facture pour le paiement des couronnes en zirconium, un certificat, émis de la clinique pour des couronnes nano zirconium.
De l'autre côté- j'ai l'avis d' un GRAND SPÉCIALISTE CANADIEN pour la production des couronnes en plastique et la radiographie du Saphiredent, qui démontre que le matériel utilisé N'EST PAS DU ZIRCONIUM.
Leure "conseillère " me dit que je peux profiter de la garantie...
Pensent ils sérieusement que je vais faire la route du Québec à Istanbul pour que vous me coller le plastique ?

Il lavoro che mi e stato fatto e stato di bassa qualità e hanno ignorato le mie richieste .
Il preventivo di 4200 euro si e trasformato magicamente in 5700 una volta in clinica,l'interprete Siwar non e mai stata presente in studio aumentando la difficoltà di comunicazione,si vendono come uno dei migliori studi ma dopo il lavoro vieni scaricato e visto solo come un problema.

Hanno realizzato le corone finali basandosi esclusivamente sul primo calco dei denti naturali, e non facendone un secondo calco dopo la preparazione dei monconi. Risultato? Una precisione inesistente,esperienza zero sia del medico che degli operatori che creano le corone. Gli spessori interni dei denti sono così eccessivi e mal progettati che hanno drasticamente peggiorato il mio sigmatismo: oggi parlo peggio di prima a causa della loro incompetenza tecnica.
Ho riscontrato vari precontatti nei molari e pure negli incisivi dicendomi solo che e questione di abitudine .

Il lavoro e stato eseguito un mese fa,e praticamente nuovo e mi trovo costretto a trovare un altra clinica per rifare tutto di nuovo perché non mi affiderò più alla loro incompetenza.

Ancora più grave è la negligenza medica: nonostante fossero a conoscenza della mia patologia, mi hanno prescritto un FANS (Ibuprofene). Non essendo un medico mi sono fidato, ma quel farmaco era totalmente controindicato per il mio stato di salute. Risultato: un aggravamento della mia infiammazione e dolori atroci che sono durati per 2 settimane.

My experience with this clinic has been a nightmare. They lied to me to get me as a customer. They in no way provided the product they promised and take zero responsibility for this. The warranty they promise is not worth the paper it is written on. I got so sick I had to go to the hospital after the treatment this clinic gave me.
If you value your appearance, your health, and your finances, then never go to this clinic.

All my transfers were scheduled and arranged perfectly, which made everything very easy and stress-free for me, she was always there to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable

Pessima Clinica ..Sono false promesse NON andate li perché vi trovate senza un traduttore italiano...come ha capitato a noi..in più 2 settimane fa mio marito ha messo un impianto " Strauman " diretto con dente, dicono loro e ni ha fatto pagare 1000€ ...oggi il dente e uscito insieme a impianto e la Clinica non risponde e ne consulente. Andiamo per la via legale...non li se frega niente dei pazienti..STATI ATENTI , Sconsiglio ..basa qualità in tutto

Disastroso una volta che pagherete nb anticipato non sarete più calcolati ....lingua italiana zero... a me hanno messo delle corone bucate che sono cadute subito appena arrivato in Italia e loro non rispondono più e non hanno nessuna intenzione di risolvere il problema da loro creato

I would like to share my honest and complete experience with Saphir Dent in Turkey.

Before making the decision, I spent around 8 weeks seriously thinking about whether I should do this treatment or not. Dental treatment abroad is a big step, and I had many doubts. I read a lot of reviews, compared options, and questioned myself many times. What finally convinced me was my consultant Molka Gaidi. From the very beginning, she gave me a strong feeling of safety and trust. She never pressured me and never tried to sell an “all-inclusive package”. Instead, she took the time to understand me as a person and my individual situation. That personal and honest approach made all the difference and is the main reason why I finally decided to go through with the treatment.

After those 8 weeks of thinking, I decided to fly to Turkey for the treatment. I want to mention that I organized my flight and hotel myself, which worked perfectly fine. I liked having that flexibility, and everything still worked smoothly with the clinic. There were no issues with coordination, even though travel and accommodation were arranged independently.

Day 1 at Saphir Dent was all about diagnostics and planning. Nothing was rushed. Everything was checked carefully to see what was really needed and what had to be done. After the examination, I was advised to get 24 crowns and 4 implants, as well as several root canal treatments and 3 extractions. The treatment plan was explained clearly and transparently, which helped me feel confident about the next steps.

All the doctors were extremely kind, calm, and professional. You can really tell that they know what they are doing and that patient care is important to them. Throughout the entire stay, my consultant Molka was always reachable and answered every single question I had — before, during, and after the treatments. That constant support made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of at all times.

That said, I also want to mention a few points honestly where there is room for improvement:
• There was no fixed schedule for the full 10 days. In reality, 7 days would have been sufficient, as I had 3 days without any appointments. I understand that this might be planned as a buffer in case something happens, but clearer communication would have helped.
•Appointments were usually communicated only one day in advance, which made planning the days a bit difficult.
•At the clinic, I sometimes had to wait longer for the driver to take me back to the hotel.
•On one day, my appointment was cancelled on the same day without a replacement, which was disappointing.

Despite these points, I can honestly say that I am very glad I did the treatment and I do not regret it at all. I will return to Saphir Dent in about 4 months to have the final crowns placed on my implants, and I feel confident about coming back.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Saphir Dent. And if you are lucky enough to have Molka Gaidi as your consultant, you will be in the best possible hands.

This was my first time I had a visit to saphire dent to get my implants placed, everything went very smooth and I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to get dental treatment! Special thanks to Molka Gaidi for making everything so smooth here in turkey! She was only a phone call away anytime I needed any explanation about my treatment. Jusqu'à présent très satisfait du résultat, c'était ma première visite et ils ont posé 7 implants et je me suis immédiatement fait poser des dents temporaires, des médecins très compétents, un personnel très sympathique, ils prennent en compte tous vos souhaits, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé, l'hôtel, les transferts, tout était simplement TOP, je compte déjà les jours pour recevoir les couronnes dans 5 mois. Cette clinique est vraiment recommandée, surtout pour les personnes qui ont un peu peur du dentiste, ici ils vous rassurent de manière très amicale.

Si je pouvais mettre -10 étoiles je le ferais du jour où ils m'ont mis mes dents j'ai dis au dentiste que ça nallais pas il soufflait il me regardait de travaers il parlais méchamment en turque j'ai dis à la traductrice que ça n'allais pas elles étaient trop petite trop enfoncé dans ma bouche jai pris 10 ans jai laspect d'une femme édenté elle m'a dis bah c'est trop tard vous avez signé le papier vous repartez demain ils ont terminé les dents la veille de mon départ en alors que j'étais la bas pendant 10 jours.
Le 1er hotel jai du faire une crise pour qu'on ne my remette pas on aurait dit la version réelle de l'hôtel Transylvanie.
Je sens les espace entre les bridge et mes gencives je sens et je peux toucher tout les vices des implants
Le pire c'est qu'elles ont commencés à se cassé même pas au bout de 6 mois ils m'ont dis que c'était de ma faute!
Je vous met en image la réponse d'un des collaborateur de la bas que j'ai trouvé dans les avis google qui a dis à un patient que la garantie ne marchait pas parcke les couronnes n'étaient pas cassé.
Mais les miennes se sont cassé au bout de 6 mois ils me demande de payer ils me dise que c'est à cause de moi.

Et le pire c'est qu'ils m'ont allumer sur le prix pour des sois disant zircon full anatomie on dirai des dents construite à la pâte à fixe.

Fui a esta clínica en Estambul para arreglarme los dientes y estoy encantada con los resultados. Desde el primer momento me sentí muy bien atendida. Aunque el idioma podía ser una barrera, me asignaron un traductor y todo fue muy fácil. El doctor, al ver mis radiografías, supo enseguida lo que debía hacer. Son muy profesionales y expertos: me realizaron ocho implantes y una elevación de seno en unos 50 minutos, ¡increíble!
Tengo pánico al dentista, pero no sentí ningún dolor en ningún momento. Han pasado 10 días y todo está perfecto.
Quiero destacar especialmente a la señorita Hedil, quien me acompañó desde el principio con una atención cercana, amable y muy humana. Estuvo pendiente de mí durante todo el viaje y resolvió cada duda que tuve.

I want to warn anyone considering treatment at SaphireDent.
Before payment, communication was quick and friendly — I was promised Swiss-made, certified implants.
After paying, everything changed.
Contact became very limited, questions were ignored, and I received false and inconsistent information.

In reality, I was given AISER implants, a brand with no CE certification, no clinical studies, no EU registration, and no verified manufacturer.
When I asked for proof, the clinic sent me an “implant card” (attached as evidence) — a worthless piece of paper without any serial number, CE mark, or notified body reference.

After discovering this, I had to undergo re-implantation, because the implants used were not legally compliant or safe.
When confronted, the clinic falsely claimed that “the Turkish Ministry of Health approved these implants,” which is factually untrue, as ministries do not certify medical devices.

I gave them a final deadline (Monday, 12:00) to provide real documentation — they ignored it.
Since then, the case has become international.
Authorities in the EU and Turkey (TİTCK), as well as Polish media and dental organizations, have been informed and are following the matter.

This is not a simple complaint — it’s a serious issue of patient safety and medical ethics.

My Experience with Saphire Dent in Turkey

3 years ago, I traveled with my mother from Cameroon to Turkey for crowns and implants at Saphire Dent. It was a very costly trip for us (flights, visas, hotels), and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we ever made.

Both my mother and I had full-mouth crowns (she also had implants). Within six months, four of my front teeth broke, and some of my mother’s crowns became loose. Because returning to Turkey immediately was expensive and required visas, I had to see a dentist locally to temporarily glue my crowns back while waiting to return.

When I finally went back to Turkey a year later, Saphire Dent told me that because I had repaired my teeth in Cameroon, my “50-year guarantee” was void, and I had to pay again for 8 teeth. So basically, they expected me to live for months with missing front teeth instead of finding a practical solution. I was forced to pay again, in addition to all the travel expenses.

My mother’s implants also failed several times. For three years, she had to return every year for the same recurring problems—even though they promised us a 50-year guarantee.

What’s worse is the way the clinic treats you after payment. Beforehand, they make you feel special, but after the first treatment, you’re left waiting for hours, the service is rushed, and they provide no support for the additional financial burden you face with repeated trips.

👉 My advice: Do not do full-mouth crowns or implants here. If you want a few crowns, maybe—but certainly not your entire mouth. If I could go back in time, I would never have done this treatment at Saphire Dent.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone based on the terrible experience I had. I actually referred a friend to this clinic and was promised a coupon in return. However, she was unable to use it because they claimed the system wouldn't allow it. She paid half of the deposit upfront and the rest at the end of her treatment. When she presented the €200 coupon during the final payment, they refused to accept it. Even after discussing it with them, they still refused! Their professionalism disappeared once they received payment, and the consultant completely ignored her until the end of the appointment. They made her wait for hours, and it was ridiculous how they let people come and go during her treatment without giving her full attention. I was appalled! The communication was awful, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and they tried to push unnecessary treatments and charge more than initially stated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against going to this clinic! Don't waste your money here! Completely unprofessional!

Bonjour alors je vais juste vous racontez mon histoire.ca fait plus d’un an que j étais intéressé et indécis jusqu’à je rencontre une connaissance qui est allez chez saphirdent et qui me la conseiller.je commence donc les démarches avec une excellente et très professionnelle au de AMIRA qui ne m’as jamais laissé tomber .premier devis avec 4 implants et deux greffes osseuses durée 5 jours et 6 mois après je devais y retourner pour finir le travail .j arrive à la clinique donc le 17 juin tout de suite excellent accueil,vous passez à la radio panoramique et après vous monter au deuxième étage pour les modalités des interventions.et la surprise le médecin me dis vous êtes venu faire quoi , réponse ben mes dents 😂 il me dis avec l interprète vous avez des dents saines y as pas d’implants à faire ni greffe osseuse donc soit vous repartez et on fait rien soit vous choisissez de rester et on fait un holiwwod smille à vous de choisir.je décide vu que je suis à la clinique de faire les dents j ai quand même du repousser mon vol sans regret .le travail commence directement,le laboratoire promets de travail en plus pour finir les courrones .en cinq jours tout à été fait avec une précision démentielle un professionnalisme hors paire résultat exceptionnel.je remercie infiniment la clinique pour leurs qualités humaines tout le monde est proche de vous mais je tenais à féliciter personnellement MONSIEUR MURÂT qui est juste un artiste l interprète qui a été très proche de moi tout le temps et bien et je vous la conseille fortement AMIRA ou meme qu’elle n’était pas présente à été juste extraordinaire tout les rendez était minutieux jamais de retard une question une réponse rapide .ALORS J AI UN SEUL CONSEIL NE PERDEZ PAS DE TEMPS FONCEEEEEEEEE..si un seul regret quand même ne pas l’avoir fait plus tôt
