Sarah Chapman products are second to…
Sarah Chapman products are second to none-always worth saving up for, for the results every time. However also worth pointing out the insane customer service I have experienced on several occasions- most recently a damaged ampoule that couldn’t be proven. On emailing them to say I didn’t want or expect anything but wanted to let them know, they immediately jumped on the issue to solve it in the most generous way. I hope one day to be able to attend the spa- if the email customer experience is anything to go by I can only imagine great things. Thank you.

I have been a Sarah Chapman customer…
I have been a Sarah Chapman customer from the ‘early days’. I have experienced the development of her facials and products over these years..from her signature facial to needling to LED to stem cells. I have included some of her new products into my routine the latest being the excellent Vitamin C products. As a result, my skin belies my years and confirms the benefits of being a Sarah Chapman client.
I would also like to mention the superb customer service people who work behind the scenes. I have had several orders delivered to the States and they arrived prompty.
Lastly, a special shout out to Jack in Customer Service Care. Every company should have a “Jack”!

Innovative and exciting clinic - Sarah Chapman’s…
I have been coming to Sarah Chapman’s clinic for a while now and have tried various treatments which I love to do and have been very happy with the results hence I keep returning for more. I enjoy learning and trying new innovative treatments to give my skin the best care possible.
I use SC products all the time either from SC website or Space NK.
When I email the clinic my emails are responded to straight away and always with a friendly response.
I believe our comments and thoughts are listened to because I have noticed little changes in response.
It’s great to have the points system and also treats such as discounts and discounts off treatments if you are a member.
I love being a member of the clinic.
SC is an innovative brand and clinic and I love being part of it and learning new treatments for my skin.

Package Sizes
A great shopping experience with Sarah Chapman as always. The only piece of feedback I have is that the size of the package was a bit large for the small container of eye cream I ordered. It feels a bit wasteful and unnecessary, and wondering if more packaging sizes could be added in the future. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service. I’ve been an avid user of Sarah Chapman products and bought their face steamer and extractor a couple of years ago. I lost one of the parts and asked the team where I could purchase a replacement part. They were super quick in responding and posting a replacement part. The company always reacts quickly to customer problems. My problem with a gift card was sorted the next day and most efficiently.

I received Sarah Chapman Icon Day as a gift. Unfortunately the top was broken but customer service came to the rescue. I received a replacement within days. Outstanding customer service…….and the product is outstanding too!

Lovely products - I’ve been using the R&R glow and Skinesis moisture mask and my skin feels really soft and very moisturised!! Also I have very sensitive skin but had no reactions so that’s great!!!

Digital Shield
I’ve been using Sarah Chapman Digital Shield for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. My skin tends to get tired and dull from being in London and on the tube, but this products has made a noticeable difference. Most importantly it Dosent sit on the skin , absorbing in really fast.
