I was very impressed by the prompt response to my request. It was something of an emergency. Jason was able to answer my questions and provide the beautiful flowers (exactly as pictured on the website) in plenty of time. From start to finish, Sarah's flowers have been fantastic! With a slightly odd request of 25 artificial buttonholes, they were happy to help, always kept in touch and answered any query I had as soon as they could and the end result was AMAZING! The picture online did not do justice, the buttonholes are absolutely stunning and fit the colour scheme of my wedding perfectly!

Definitely 100% recommend Sarah's Flowers. Some people may think artificial flowers don't have the same look or feel as a real flower but they would be wrong! I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely order from them again in future!

Sarahs flowers is such a great company, their staff are friendly and give great advice. I decided on silk flowers for our wedding as we are getting married over Easter weekend. What we wanted were bouquets that looked stunning but would stay beautiful forever. We certainly got that from Sarah's flowers.

In typical "bridezilla" fashion I changed my mind on the bouquet I wanted while searching on their site showing them to a friend! Anyway, I spoke to them telling them I had found a different bouquet I'd fallen in love with and would they be able to swap them out and they did with no worries! They have a personal touch which is tbe experience you need when going for something so big as wedding flowers. The best thing of all is that I get to keep my beautiful flower bouquet arrangement after the day.

I ordered 60 button holes 40 of one kind & 20 of another. I received the flowers today. Even though I wont be using them till mid 2017. I wanted to tell you how beautiful they are! The pictures were nice but in reality they are even more beautiful. As you all know planning your wedding is very stressful & difficult. When I received my order, I felt like so excited when I seen them. They have exceeded my expectations. They have been wrapped so securely too. I can see that the order was made with care.

Ordered some button holes for our wedding. They are great, so much better than fresh flowers as we can keep them forever.

Used this florist for my mother's funnel, I was in no state to put to much into the flowers, I asked her to do the flowers for my mum, and that was all I said they were brilliant she did my mum proud,

We were so pleased with the gorgeous flowers and everyone thought they were real - even when they touched the petals!

I have chronic hayfever so a silk bouquet was a no-brainer for me. However, I didn't expect anything so beautiful and life-like. I was very fortunate to come across Sarah's Flowers on the internet.

The men looked so smart with their buttonholes and they were child-destruction-proof which meant that our two small grandsons didn't damage them or pull the buttonholes off their waistcoats!

I now have my bouquet displayed in our dining room and I've fastened the bridesmaids' beautiful wristbands together to make another display bouquet!

I'm getting married abroad in September this year and obviously finding a florist abroad isnt easy so we decided to go down the silk flower route. I saw Sarah's Flowers website and loved the look of the flowers, there was so much choice. I needed the flowers quickly, had a few adaptions to make to a number of the orders and also had a different delivery address to that of my home. Every email I sent was responded to within a few hours, so the customer service was excellent. When the flowers arrived, I was over the moon with them. Quality excellent, they looked exactly as the pictures on the web site, packaged well and overall, a very good company to deal with. i would recommend anyone to order from sarahs flowers as everyone else's button holes started wilting ours still looked as good as the day started now back in the box ready to use again

I would fully recommend Sarah's Flowers to anyone. The communication was outstanding and so is the product. I ordered a sample flower which arrived very quickly and was the perfect match for me. When I ordered my bridal and bridesmaid bouquets the information on my account within the website was updated quickly and the flowers were dispatched in a prompt fashion. I have to share the secret of where to get the most beautiful bridal silk flower arrangements. I bought mine from Sarah's Flowers and I was not disappointed.
