simple and good

My product came sooner than its projected delivery date, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it doesn't accomplish what we were hoping it would in terms of enhancing the volume of our priest's voice as he live-streams the mass during this time of pandemic church closures. The hunt for a solution goes on.

AMAZING sound quality and makes my videos from my phone even BETTER because you can hear the crystal clear audio. I have an Android, and it worked so well my friend with an iphone wanted one and bought it. I have the TWO mic system and two people can talk at once without interference.. LOVE THIS!

Best products, Best support, product(s) never fail. On that rare occasion when something goes wrong, support is there.

Paid for expedited shipping. Packaged arrived later than normal shipping and missed our deadline. They will not respond to emails or contact. We are wanting to return item and get credit for the extra shipping cost but they will not respond. Very disappointed in them as a seller. Next time, will do whatever necessary NOT to order from this company. Better to deal with a third party seller that cares about their customers.

So far the male lightning to female lightning audio cable (DITC80) is a great product. I use it in conjunction with a handlebar mount for my iPhone on my Harley touring motorcycle . The right angle provides a flush look with no unsightly wires. Time will tell how it holds up on the motorcycle. I would have given 5 stars if the ground shipping didn't cost as much as the product.

Good mic, perfect for the price

The Saramonic products I use do everything they say that they will do. I could not be happier with all the products I own.

I love the UWMIC9 set I have. They have treated me well and I will definitely buy saramonic products again. I would say a few things I would like to see would be USB C rechargable mic packs. That would be amazing and unique and I feel like you could do this very well. I also would like to see your antenna design be a little more flexible. I feel like the antenna being so stiff that it will get pinched or break if the talent is careful enough. But as I said I will buy your products again and look forward to your new tools.
