Bras are not the size they should be. Customer service is horrible. They emailed me telling me they will ship replacement correct size. Still waiting. 2 months. Contacted again. Nothing.

Buyer beware. I ordered two bras from Sarapick. First, it took three weeks for them to arrive. I ordered them based on their sizing chart. The bra simply did not fit. My main concern was the straps were way too short. I contacted customer sport and was offered a partial refund and I could keep the bras. They ask for my measurements. I provided them and they suggested a size larger. This came with the disclaimer that I was only going to be offered these two options one time. I chose to go to the next size larger, at their suggestion. The new bras simply did not fit either. The main concern again was the straps were too short. I contacted customer service once again, and I was informed, basically, too bad you’re stuck with them. No further options provided for their company to make the browse either fit or a refund. Not even a partial refund. So now I’m stuck with four bras that do not fit. I will be donating them to charity. Do not order from this company. They are a complete scam.

Their size’s is wrong, I ordered 3 Bra’s with band 38, but it was too big and bra kept on lifting up. I decided to measure it and it was 40 not 38, i contact them to return it was not easy and they offered 70% discount, i agreed due to being senior and hard to return. I ended up with 3 useless bra. Shipping was almost 20 days. Another china cheap products.

The sizing is totally wrong! When ordering you are asked band and cup size. What arrives at your door is generic Small, Medium or Large. The company explained to me a 34B is their small. Now I have to pay to ship it back. They only pay shipping on exchanges.

Bra doesn’t come close to fitting large breasts! I am a 36 G. The size that was suggested for me was totally loose on the band and the cups MIGHT have fit a D cup, but more likely a C. Horrible.

I like many of the other women was looking forward to a comfortable fitting bra. I am so disappointed in the fit. Please take the opportunity to make a better fitting bra, since it is so well desired by many women. Women don’t mind spending money on a good product. So go make a better product.

The fabric is so flimsy there’s no way it can hold anything! The cups are too small and the band is huge. I’ve tried to call to return it. Each time I get to #2 in the queue, it tells me to leave a message and they will return the call. They don’t return calls!

The bra is very comfortable. But I’m a 32C! Sorry, my breasts fall out of the bottom. Constantly having to adjust the bra and pull it back down. Very pricey mistake. Plus you can’t wear it under sleeveless tops. The straps are extremely wide.

Horrible Bras! I tried mine on and within a few hours it was riding up around my neck 🤣🤣 Funny but true! Your can’t adjust the straps

Very dissatisfied. It is nothing as advertised. I also had to wait weeks to receive it.

I wish I'd read the reviews before the purchases were made. THE WORST BRA FIT E-V-E-R!!!!!! THEY OFFERED A PARTIAL REFUND.... I DID NOT PAY PARTIAL MONEY!!!!!

I never got my order they delivered it to the wrong apartment building and for some reason I can't get my money back. This is a big scam and I wish I would have known this sooner 😔 😪

The bra is pretty but poorly fitting. At first I thought it was comfortable but it kept riding up. No gripper rubber to help it stay in place. The refund policy is poor also only 50%. Wish I knew before I ordered.

The first bra I ordered, according to the size chart, absolutely did not fit. They did respond quickly to my disappointment & offered to send, free of charge, a second bra. They requested my exact measurements. Second bra fit worse! Bras were beautifully made. I'm very sure any woman who can fit into them will be pleased with the bra. I did not contact them again, I took the $30 plus loss.

Over 2 weeks to receive order. Quality, and material cheap and it would not fit. Even if I was smaller or larger.
I would never recommend any pur have from them. And... Not US based.

I was so excited to try this bra! Hoping for the first comfortable bra since my surgery…. Comfortable but the straps are way too big and fall over my shoulders with little movement. I NOW read reviews and not hopeful that they will take it back😢

Wished I had read reviews first! I placed an order first, then decided to look up reviews, the reviews are horrible so I went to track my order to see if I could cancel it since I had just placed it seconds before, no such luck! $30 bucks down the drain.

Bra looks great. Since I’d just had major back surgery, I thought this would be the perfect bra to slip on easily. After wearing 5 minutes, my boobs slip out and the bra slides above them! I’ve tried to wear it twice with no luck. Sara pick offered only a 40% coupon on any other purchase. I wouldn’t be interested in any other bra. Thumbs down 👎

Quality of bras are terrible. Poorly made. Return policy is a scam. It takes more than 24 hours to hear back from them after requesting return/refund and they give you return options of 50% refund or another size. even when you reluctantly accept their refund policy they refuse to answer with an address to return them to. Do not do business with this company unless you are prepared to lose your money. I will keep finding places to write reviews on this company so others do not suffer the same fate. BUYER BEWARE!!
