My experience with the team at Sartoro has been nothing short of excellent. The customer service that they provide is top notch. They are friendly, helpful, and clear in their communication, working with me to make sure that all of the details and customizations were in order and that nothing was missed. They were every bit as interested in getting the suit customized to my liking as I was.

I ordered the Imperial Bryant Navy suit with matching vest as well as the Regent Cap-Toe Oxfords. I also ordered two other vest/pants combinations, the Nickel Gray Check and the Admiral Navy Check. They sent the suit out first to make sure that everything fit as it should.

The suit is made with high quality material, and the attention to detail is incredible with not a stitch out of place. The suit hangs from me exactly as it should, it really is top quality, in both material and construction. The suit fit perfectly right out of the box, the guide to self measurement made everything easy as far as taking measurements. The designer feature on their website is really nice, it lets you see what your suit is going to look like with the options that you choose.

When the second part of my order arrived the only issue was that the pants had a zipper fly instead of the button fly that I had ordered. I contacted them about it and they made it right immediately. They remade the pants and got them to me very quickly.

The shoes that I ordered are very high quality, fit perfectly, and are the most comfortable pair of dress shoes that I have ever worn. The shine was nice right out of the box, and even came with protective bags.

I ordered the Eldrige Juniper Green linen suit for my wedding. I was a little skeptical about ordering a suit online but it came rather quickly, fit great and was definitely high quality. It was my first 100% linen suit so I didn't realize how wrinkly the linen suit would be which was the only thing I didn't like about the suit. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and helped guide me through the process of getting a new suit, and gave me a discount on the linen suit instead of me returning it. Since it was such a nice suit, I didn't mind keeping it at a discount and just using it for something less formal than my wedding. My new suit, the Lafayette Aspen Green Hopsack suit, just came in today and it is fantastic. Excellent material, the minor alterations I asked for were executed and I couldn't be happier. It looks so professional and clean, it feels more like the wedding suit I was looking for. Overall great customer service experience and great quality suits.

I have purchased 15 suits, 2 overcoats, 1 peacoat, and 5 shirts from Sartoro. Every single item has blown me away. The detail and quality of each item is unrivaled. I am grateful to have found Sartoro and the upgrade to my wardrobe is easily evident. Everywhere I go, I get multiple compliments on my attire. The fit of each of these items is absolutely perfect.

Working with the company and individual employees (specifically, Andy) has been like having a personal tailor help you through every aspect of making the purchase: before, during and after the point of sale. I couldn't be more satisfied!!!

I first heard of them while looking for the perfect wedding tuxedo. I needed a sage green one and they had it.

I’d ordered suits online, so I was no stranger to taking measurements. Even so, I messed it up just a little, and they were able to address my concerns and fix it.

They did a good enough job that I started buying suits and shirts from them for work. I’ve got three, on top of the tux, from Sartoro so far. Will probably get another one soon.

There was an issue with shipping on this last one (UPS delivered to the wrong house) and their people immediately responded to my issue, and worked closely with me to get this fixed.

They did such a lovely job assisting me and making my concerns feel heard, and the suits once I received them, proved to be fabulous. If I could include pictures I would. Good fabrics for this price point.

I have purchased two suits from Sartoro, and they are very nice and well made, especially at the price point. I did have issues the pants. But it was just that their house cuts are slimmer then I prefer. Working with Tessa to get the measurements right was easy and painless. They remade the pants and hit it out of the park! I definitely plan on purchesing from them again.

I recently purchased the Sartoro Waverly Black Pinstripe double-breasted suit. I ordered the suit tailored and made-to-measurements using Sartoro's detailed guide for the process and added some photos of me in one of my jackets. The suit was a perfect fit. No further alterations needed. The suit is beautiful. Exceptionally well-made. I can't emphasize that enough. The only hiccup was the pants were too short because of confusion on my request to leave them hemless so my tailor can hem them locally to my specs. Sartoro immediately ordered a new pair at no cost to me to replace the original ones, and they arrived with perfect fit. They clearly honor their promises to their customers. The original suit and then the replacement pants arrived in both cases in less than half the time I was told to expect. Tessa was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She emailed answers to me before I ordered the suit, as it was to be my first purchase from them. Tessa is deserving of commendation for the professional manner in which she represents the firm. I strongly recommend Sartoro as a company with high-quality products and notable integrity, based on my experience with this suit.

I want to preface this by saying the suit jacket was perfect from the get-go. Tessa asked me to get all my measurements and, when we thought one might be off, we tried a smaller size, just to make sure. The pants were a little different, but, again, the customer service and owner did everything to make them right. I got in a second pair and, for whatever reason, they were smaller than the first (think it was a typo when they put it in). It happens. But, what won me over was Andy, the owner, hopping on a call at 11 p.m. to get it fixed. Who the heck does that? I've dealt with another company and they screwed up royally (and refuse to refund me after they screwed up), but Sartoro? They got it fixed and out to me within 5 days! Again, unbelievable! Yes, ordering online is a scary thing, especially custom-made garments and if you have a time crunch. But, they made it work and I am so appreciative! Cannot recommend them enough.

I came across these guys out of frustration with shopping at a big store and am so thankful that I did.
Off the rack I’ve always needed alterations because the suits in my price range felt cheap and fit terribly.
With Sartoro I did the AI measurement tool + provided some of my own info with their assistance and it’s the best fitting / looking suit I’ve owned.
I can get a better looking, better fitting suit from here rather than the pain of dealing with the big store. Would recommend to anyone whose asking.

I love the look and feel of the Royal Blue Blazer. I mis - measured my mid section and had to have it taken out. The thoughtfulness and foresight of your product line designers by giving extra material to work with saved me from having to make a return. This is like having etail tech enable customers to have a bespoke garment at a fraction of the price. I am so appreciative of your forgiveness policy of first timers making a measurement miscalculation that I am not going to send in the receipt for reimbursement of the tailor’s alterations. Andrew spent time with us beyond expectation! I am NOT a suit wearer....I'm a jeans & T-shirts older woodworker/sculptural artist, so I don't have the need for suits. But my son's wedding...and 50 years ago I took 'Fashion Merchandising' as a Minor - so I 'DO' admire fine clothing (so I just don't have the need)...I wanted to look as good as a suit can make my old man self look! Andrew/Sartoro created a SPECTACULAR suit that fit perfectly & got MANY compliments as the best dressed man at the wedding (aside from my son - the Groom of course). Thank you SO much for a GREAT buying experience & a great personal experience - meeting Andrew & the detail with which he performs his craft. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

Ordered a linen suit that arrived very promptly and of really nice quality and color. The Sartoro team was in constant communication throughout the process, and when I went to get some minor adjustments done at a local tailor they were helpful and straightforward in reimbursing those additional costs, just as outlined on their website. Would recommend and order from again!

Usually I just rent a suit but I finally purchased my first suit from these guys and I have to say, they knocked it out of the park! Incredibly fast shipping, responsive customer support, and a quality product. Had to get the pants hemmed a bit more to my liking and even the tailor commented how well the garment was made.
