We are committed to providing authentic Yoga Teacher Training Courses and wellness programs that blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern teaching approaches. We offer 200 Hour, 300 Hour, and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. Each course is carefully structured to help students deepen their practice, build confidence as teachers, and transform their personal journey with yoga. Guided by experienced and dedicated teachers, students learn asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology with personal attention and care. If you have the opportunity take the leap and attend this school. Their level of dedication, focus, mixed with fun and playfulness is quite amazing. My yoga and spirituality deepened immensely. There’s were field trips and the most amazing food made for you daily. Ahhh talking about my experience is making me miss my time with these amazing yogis. Oh and taking daily dips in the Ganges was such a beautiful thing.
