Saturn Cloud are AWS resellers who claim to offer 150 free hours of cloud computing per month, but I got kicked off the system after just a few hours of usage. I was 'invited' to resolve the matter via a link on the login page but it just directs to a chatbot that doesn't meaningfully respond to anything that I type in. After several hours of waiting I got an automated email saying that since I'm no longer using their service, my data will be deleted. I'm given one day to resolve this and since it takes longer than that to get through to customer services via the chatbot and reach a real human, it means my data is lost forever. I eventually got an email reply which said that I can't use their service because I'm not a 'data scientist', even though I was running code that tests Mersenne numbers for primality.

I think its fair to say that if an offer appears to be too good to be true, then it probably is.

Avoid this crowd at all costs.

Instantly locked my account after signup and asked me to answer some questions to use the service. The customer service gave me a short response, denied my answers, and ignored my question regarding why they immediately closed my account.

There's no good reason to use a service like this.
