SauerCrowd offers a good introduction to kimchi-kraut making with their workshops, though they're not traditional Korean. Their products, like krauts and kombucha, are enjoyable, and the service is quite efficient. While the packaging is plastic-free and thoughtful, my experience was just average overall. It's a decent option for those looking to explore new flavors, but nothing too extraordinary.

Perfect gift and introduction to kimchi(kraut)

Great lecture and nice introductory level workshop on kimchi-kraut making (i.e. not traditional Korean kimchi-making). Looking forward to trying other iterations making other products as well. Received it as a gift and it was a lot of fun, even when attending on my own!

Inspirerende workshop, echt leerzaam, fijne mensen, en een divers publiek. Heerlijke zelfgemaakte kimchi om mee naar huis te nemen. Smaakt naar meer!

SauerCrowd is een aanrader! (verpakking moet beter)

Ik heb zeer leuke ervaring met SauerCrowd. Super lekkere producten, goede variatie en zeer snel geleverd. Moderne voedsel mist goede bacteriën en dat is exact waarom heb ik ongepasteuriseerde producten van SauerCrowd zo goed gevonden.

Verpakking van gekoelde glazen potjes is een uitdaging, toch het zou wat professioneler / milieuvriendelijker kunnen - erover contact gehad en wordt inderdaad met grotere aantallen opgelost.

Al in al - zeer goede zaak. Aan vrienden aanbevolen.

Super producten meestal fermenteer ik…

Super producten meestal fermenteer ik zelf maar wegens gebrek aan tijd besloot ik (op aanraden van een vriendign)Sauer Crowd eens te proberen. Inmiddels al twee keer keer een doos besteld. Verassende smaken snel geleverd. Ik blijf zeker bestellen :)
