I have researched saunas for a few months, talked to a couple of companies with pushy sales tactics. I have decided on Clearlight before I called Healevations but not the model - Premier or Sanctuary. I was being pushed to buy Sanctuary and the tremendous benefits of the full spectrum from a different dealer, but wasn't completely convinced. So it was pleasant to talk to Eric at Healevations, who did not push me and just answered my questions. I made my decision and ordered Premier IS-3 the same day. Even though the sauna was supposed to arrive 3-4 weeks later, Eric found one in stock and got it to me in 10 days. We love our sauna, use it almost everyday. Thanks, Healevations for an excellent service!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable about sauna's and health in general. I did a TON of research before deciding what sauna to buy and where to buy it. I called a number of companies and watched a lot of reviews. I chose Healevations and Clearlight Sauna because of the service, warranty, brand reputation, and information provided was amazing. Very up front and easy to deal with. I use my sauna almost every day, it's relaxing and I just feel good afterwards. If you are thinking about getting a sauna, do it!

Buying our Sauna from Healevations was the best decision we made. David was extremely helpful, and made an expensive purchase a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend. The clearlight sauna we purchased is amazing, with great quality and features. We use it all the time and couldn't be happier. In fact when my sister was looking to buy a sauna, I sent her to Dave and Healevations.

I did a lot of research on every aspect and settled on infrared this time. Previously I had a traditional Finnish sauna. I decided that Clearlight had the features and quality I was looking for and I have not been disappointed. David was always available to answer questions and he was straight forward about everything. I love the sauna and feel better after use.

Our family is quite happy and satisfied with both the Jacuzzi Premier IS-3 and our salesman Eric Ziefordt. He was extremely patient, knowledgable, and thorough in answering all of our questions. Courteous and flexible, Eric was always available to help us navigate the difficulties of figuring out which kind of sauna to buy and how to personalize it to our needs. Thank you Eric and Healevations for such wonderful customer service. We are already experiencing the benefits of the infrared sauna after three days of use and look forward to seeing how it continues to heal us in the long-term.

The portable sauna is just perfect! It has performed perfectly for me and is easy to put away when I am done. I put a towel on the chair to collect the sweat and I have cotton or wool socks on my feet to keep the foot warmer clean. I have no complaints about this wonderful device. I feel so clean when I am done!

Very happy with purchase and service provided

I did a lot of research and found David and decided to buy my Clear light sauna through him instead of from the company. I think that he was patient and kind by answering all of my questions. I wanted to help him as much as he helped me. Don't buy from anyone else but David, you will be glad that you did.

I purchased my Sanctuary 2 back in early June. David was awesome to deal with he answered all my questions and concerns. David told me upfront before purchase that it would take 2 months to receive because of high demand and the Covid situation. The shipping company called a week prior to setup a delivery time they were also very easy to deal with. Just an overall excellent experience!!!

Just got my new Sanctuary 1 and looking forward to getting started. David and Healevations have been great all the way through the process from helping me select the best sauna for my needs to helping me with assembly when the instructions were confusing. David is obviously very knowledgeable about all the saunas and quickly responded when I got lost in the instructions.

Oh my goodness, I could not be more please woth my new Sauan, and David was a pure JOY to work with!! I am so glad I bought my sauna through him. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I had a great experience from the moment I inquired through the setup... I couldn’t recommend this sauna enough and HIGHLY recommend going through David! Best choice out there when it comes to saunas!! I am SO PLEASED!!!!

I met David over the phone when I was researching about and considering the possibility of purchasing for myself and my sons the highest quality, most effective and safest of currently available wellness support products.
