Sauna parts world is super awesome and helpful. Our sauna got mice and they chewed up some of the wiring. We took it apart and disinfected everything. Our regular sauna company just wanted us to buy another sauna and refused to sell us the wires to replaced the damage ones. The person at Saubapqrtsworld went out of his way with links to the broken sauna parts. Our sauna is proprietary and won't sell parts to third parties but he still helped us with info on how to fix it. You can tell he is really here to help people and not to just make money. Highly recommend!

Great support! This was the DIY solution that fit my needs best. Guaranteed parts that come connected where possible and well labeled wires and connectors where not. Then you just text and they walk you through it all. Now I can turn on my sauna with Wi-Fi…which is amazing.
I had an issue with my old sauna that was unused for 2 years- the control panel was stuck. Contacted sauna parts on Sunday afternoon and Scott returned the message within hours with a plan how to fix the issue. I had expected the company to sell me a new control board, but was amazed by the technical knowledge and detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot before ordering a replacement. Scott's instructions were perfect and we are again enjoying our sauna. Will strongly recommend this vompany- they have great customer support folks like Scott.
The manufacturer of my infrared sauna went out of business and my power supply failed. I contacted Sauna Parts World and they got back to me right away. After asking a few questions they provided me a quote for replacement parts and advised me that I would have to do some minor modifications to make the unit work. They told me they would be able to take me through each installation step as required - and they sure did! Via a series of text and photos they got me through some wiring modifications and got my unit working like new. Support and customer service are second to none. I was changing the location of the failed unit in my sauna and they completely understood and made sure all the parts and cables were exactly what I needed.
The product was well packaged but the delivery folks were not kind to the package so There was a control panel that was damaged in shipping and even though this was not due to anything they had done wrong they were super quick to respond and get the problem resolved.
