I started using this 2 years ago when I bought my first fragrance Invictus Victory Elixir, which I got for way cheaper than the other stores from save24, and it smelled amazing. In 2025 I ordered from the website 2 times and it got delivered to my house with no problem. Also recommended this site to my family and they also use it now.
I bought 6 products, including 5 perfumes and 1 hair cream.
Two of them came with problem. One of the perfumes arrived defective (the tape around the bottle was missing), and another arrived with the plastic slightly detached. They asked for proof and a return of these two items, which I did. Once they received them, I was informed that I had intentionally damaged the items and that the item in question had been compared with others in the same series and that no one had complained about defects. If I wanted both items back, I would have to accept the terms below.
We currently offer you two options:
If you wish to recover the goods, you must pay the shipping costs, and we will then return them to you.
If you prefer, we can keep the goods, but with an upfront charge for the cost of damage and shipping.
Indeed, they don't want to resolve the issue.
The items cost 11.99 and 17.99 euros for Arabic perfumes.
