it was exactly what I regard as a 'normal transaction'. My battery on fitbit charge 5 went awol - google said go forth and multiply as we cant do owt and it's out of warrenty. One phone call, recorded post, and probably 10 days later and it pops back working perfectly. probably received 5 emails from the guys saying at what stage my precious fitbit was at.
