I had the part in 5 days. That's great. Whirlpool just informed me that it will take 14 more days to get the replacement part. That's crazy.

My husband and I booked a tour, was told airport trf included. Received confirmation and ground trf was not included. We wanted to call. (Mgr) then said we'll give 1-way. We declined. Still request refund. Rep said he was putting it in but refund will only be 100.00. We said fine we don't trust the company, just want out. A week later my husband gets a call to confirm our stay?? They never closed the reservation. I called and spoke with supvsr. She did not want to discuss this. She said I told your husband we will issue refund today. I told her she was in breach of her company's own rules/guidelines and I got her to say they did not close the reservation last week and did not issue the refund. They are a total scam. The sales guy promised a family suite for $499 which was supposed to include 5 nights in Puerto Vallarta + resort fee. I paid the deposit and he asked me to call the reservation number. When I called, I was told that I have to pay the daily resort fee and my package includes a standard room and I would have to pay an additional $400+ for the family suit.

I tried reaching out to them by email but no response (four days so far). They responded on Facebook but they haven't resolved the issue and I haven't heard back in the last 24 hours.

I lost so much time and energy going back and forth and my money is stuck and my kids' vacation is coming up.

SCAM! Hate this people!
