Very disappointed with the aftercare…
Very disappointed with the aftercare service.
The gentleman I dealt with was lovely and polite, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I was told that the problem would be resolved after two treatments, but that did not happen.
When the issue continued, I contacted them to follow up under the one-year warranty. I called several times and sent multiple messages, but most calls and messages were left unanswered. On the occasions I did receive a response, I was given a date by which they would get back to me, but this never materialised either.
As a result, I had to pay another company to come out and deal with the same problem — something I had already paid Saxon Plus Control for, with a one-year warranty included.
What was even more disappointing was that when I explained I had now had to pay someone else because the warranty had not been followed through, there was no apology or acknowledgement. Instead, the response was along the lines of saying that it was a good thing and that both companies could deal with it together.
It is a shame because the person himself was pleasant to deal with, but a warranty means very little if it is not honoured. Based on my experience, the aftercare was very poor and I would not recommend their service.
