Writing my 2nd review about you guys. Waiting since 5 weeks already for resolution. You are holding my money back and ignoring my mails. Support ticket with the number is created #24744. Since you are not responding to mails I am forced to write here. Order number is #164145.

Kreeg schoenen met kleur links donkerder dan rechts. Heel vreemd. Vroeg aan ze of ze misschien twee verschillende batches hadden, maar dat kon niet zeiden ze. Mocht ze terugsturen en ruilen. Heb dat gedaan (toch weer een werkje) en nu twee weken later is het nieuwe paar nog steeds niet verzonden (teruggestuurde paar is wel al een tijd geleden bij hen aangekomen). Al meerdere malen heb ik de klantenservice een email gestuurd met de vraag om een update maar geen respons. Heel erg teleurgesteld, had veel hoop voor ook een duurzaam bedrijf in klantenservice, niet alleen in productontwikkeling. Hoop echt dat de nieuwe schoenen snel komen.

I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from SAYE and had a great experience. As I didn’t receive any tracking email at first, I contacted their customer support. They responded very quickly and even upgraded my shipment to priority.
I received my order within 7 days. The team is clearly responsive and attentive to their customers.
I’m also very satisfied with the quality of the sneakers. They look great and feel very well made.
Overall, a really positive experience. I definitely recommend !

My wife bought me a pair of the white/maroon m89 trainers from the Selfridges department store in London. The trainers looked great and were super comfortable but after only a handful of wears (general/light usage) the cloth started tearing in multiple places. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the receipt so couldn’t get a replacement. For the price I would expect better quality.

Delivery and returns are £13 meaning I've paid £26 to try on a shoe with a manufacturing flaw.
Shoe has irregular sizing - I had a pair which I wore a lot but the brand since changed manufacturer and now the sizing is weird. One shoe is very narrow.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend
I ordered the M99 City Garnet after searching for vegan sneakers on google and finally decided to order them. Now looking back I actually didn't do a thorough search as I normally do before buying something. It took 14 days for me to get it after it was shipped. I'm currently located in Taiwan so that's why it took that long. I was surprised and happy that I didn't have to pay for duties and taxes nor did I have to fill out a POA to clear customs. When I first descended the stairs, I felt the tongue poking into my foot and the collar of the sneaker keeps hitting the back of my ankle. I thought if it's doing that while I'm descending 4 flights of stairs then my foot probably won't last a day but I thought I test it out for the night. My feet weren't feeling that comfortable before I make it to the end of my alley so I turned back and went home. When I took off the shoes, the back of my ankles were already red. I put on bandages on my ankles and put the sneakers back on. As I'm typing this, I don't know why I did that. The bandages came off before I was able to get to the train station and the shoes were rubbing on the back of my ankles. By the time I got and placed the heel grips on the shoes, there was blood on the shoes. Suffice to say, I no longer love these shoes and now feel like they are my worst purchase ever. But that's not the last, when I came home, I tried to blot the blood off the shoes with water and left them dry. When I went to check on them earlier, the coloring on one of the shoe had bled on to the white portion of the shoe. So now, I can't even wear them. Basically I wasted my money on shoes I can't wear. So, to whoever that said it's like walking on the cloud, total lie!

Not worth the effort.

Additionally it seems to take up moisture even if it’s barely wet outside. Not waterproof enough to wear for three days after it has rained. Wouldn’t recommend…

Saye shoes are the best. Style is beyond perfect. Attitude is what the world needs and customer service is simply fantastic.
J ai acheté une paire de chaussures dont je suis satisfait par rapport au design mais la qualité n est VRAIMENT VRAIMENT pas là ! Les coutures à l extérieur de la chaussure ont sauté après une semaine d utilisation ! J ai plusieurs gros trous sur les deux paires sans les avoir malmenées... Je ne recommande vraiment pas d acheter leur modèle de chaussures !! C est de l arnaque pour le prix ! Dirigez vous vers une autre marque. Dommage qu on ne puisse pas ajouter des photos pour justifier mes remarques. Les chaussures vont partir à la poubelle...
Évidemment que vous ne trouvez aucune trace de ma commande car comme je vous l ai signalé par mail, c est une paire de chaussures acheté en magasin en France.

The delivery was fast even being crosssea. And the shoes it self are great, I loved it!

The leather tears after a short time, and customer support does not respond.
Addendum: ATTENTION: the statements made by SAYE in the answer below are not correct. I responded on December 30th. I sent reminders on January 3rd, 7th, 9th, and 13th. None of these messages received a response.
It’s interesting that a Trustpilot review is responded to immediately, while complaint emails are not answered at all.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but for a product that’s marketed as “luxury” — especially luxury shoes — I felt like I should say something.
I’m basically echoing a recent 1-star review from another U.S. customer. I was looking for a more grown-up version of the Nike Blazer 77s and decided to try the M89 High. The proportions just feel off: super narrow overall, a skinny toe box, and somehow a bulky ankle. They’re not terrible shoes, but they definitely didn’t work for me.
The stitching and cuts on the side color strips were already pretty frayed right out of the box, which makes them feel more like a rough draft than a finished product. I also think the stitching on the Blazer 77s looks way better overall — it highlights the construction more and just feels more balanced in terms of the shoe’s proportions.
What really sealed it was the return process. The company will either give me a full-value gift card or charge $35 to return them, which, counting the shipping cost to receive the order, is about a third of what the shoes cost. They’re shoes. If they can afford to issue a full gift card (covering return shipping plus shipping a new pair), they can clearly afford the return shipping; they choose not to.
Furthermore, they ask you to wait 1-3 days for a return packaging label, and a separate potentially different wait for notification of a "drop off point". I must be missing something here ...
Overall, this feels like lazy customer service from a “luxury” brand, especially one that already seems to have some durability complaints. As we already know, there is no substitute for iconic. I’d skip these.

Do not buy these unless you are positive you will keep them (sizes are a bit off, long and skinny by can make your feet look big). Or you live in Germany. Otherwise returns are a nightmare. 1st, they charge you $35! Rip off. You have to print 3-4 forms, use DHL which is the least common shipper in the US, get a customs window etc. a joke. Even takes “1-3 days” to dueled the label. Epitome of ineffective. Avoid, far too many great brands w US customer service.
