Bought the kiss bracelet and necklace absolutely love them

On Nov 6th, I ordered items for a birthday present. The website said to allow 2 weeks delivery, which I did.
It is now over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Customer service Whatsapp replies are very vague and there has been no offer to try and track my order or find out its progress.
I hate to leave a negative review, but I am so disappointed, as the birthday has now passed and I have had to buy something else.
I would just like to know the progress of my order please. As a paying customer, I don't think that this is too much to ask!

Received a clover bracelet to give as a Christmas present and it’s just beautiful. Nicely packaged in box. Will consider ordering more Jewellery again

Excellent service staff very helpful

Only use this company if you are sure you won’t need to return the item. The returns process isn’t straight forward like most places and communication is the worst I have ever known from any company, they just ignore messages and emails. Still waiting on my refund almost a month later.

Truly incredible customer service. The parcel store messed up and returned my parcel. However the customer service sorted it and had it returned to a different address.

I found this amazing company, to have an OUTSTANDING customer service team. Saff, was so lovely and very helpful. She replied within 1 hour of my message. Very friendly and professional. I wish all companies had this fabulous asset.

I had received a tennis bracelet as a present, unfortunately the clasp had snapped. I emailed them to ask for any advice and they kindly offered to send me a replacement, I was emailing a staff member called Millie they was really helpful in and replied very quickly to all my queries. Fab service.

Excellent communication and sorted the problem out quickly

Unfortunately one of the diamonds fell out of my ring but the issue was swiftly resolved in minutes when I contacted Millie via their WhatsApp. Would recommend!!

Fabulous products always

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. Have emailed customer service 1 week ago and heard nothing back even though it states 48 hours to reply. The birthday this gift was originally for has now passed and I have nothing to show for the money I have spent and have heard nothing at all from the company.
