This was a convoluted, discriminatory attempt at trying to apply for a very low amount of monthly lot rental. The community representative seemed to know my every answer and attempt at clarity on this inferior leasing credit approval. It discriminates against disabled, elderly, non digital, and is a face mask affront to any common sense. The âsimpleâ applicationâ was a graphic attempt at winnowing out those who have different abilities, plenty of money but the leading company was not allowed to show your wealth and ability to pay with anything except a monthly deposit into an account they deem acceptable, such as government assistance, publicly traded grade of a monthly pension, or a union pension and itâs surprise that anyone can qualify.
We qualified after the threat of a lawsuit for discrimination. If youâre a non discriminatory organization why canât you prove it. They ended with overlooking all requisites after see how much money was in accounts. I canât even get a copy- digital or paper- of the application that we executed in all this mess. A disaster for those who are required to administer it and those who must go through the process
