Smashed plateware? Donât care.
Bought some plates recently, looked great online and they were on sale. It took over a month to arrive, but that was fine as we were waiting for some electrical work to be done in the house anyway. When they came, the courier put the box in the garage, which is where they stayed until yesterday.
I opened the box, it was poorly packed, and most of the plates and bowls are smashed. They only arrived last month, but when I contacted customer services they said tough luck. I donât want a refund, I asked for a replacement. They said refer to our terms, blah blah, youâre on your own from here. Not great for a first time customer to be honest. Itâs not always practical to open every box and inspect on delivery, so Iâve lost out here and their customer service guy Jermaine could not have cared any less.
Hopefully when your plates arrived smashed, you report it sooner than I did. I believe you get a generous 5 mins from delivery time to complaint time.

At first, I was looking for a light and high-quality dinnerware set, and I think this is exactly what I wanted. It has been a month since I started using it, I have not had any issues, no problems in the microwave or dishwasher.
