Bought and sold with SB Lawyers. Extremely happy with the service, never had to chase for information and I was kept in the loop or had an update instantly if i needed one. Smooth process both times, massive thank you to Elsa and Sharon down at the albany road branch.

Exceptional service received when dealing with my conveyance and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Marie and her team provided a friendly and professional service making the whole experience seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always happy to answer any questions I had and I would highly recommend them.

SB lawyers have been fantastic from the sale of our property to the purchasing of our new one Marie and her team at Pontypridd branch Adam , Chelsea ,Yvonne , and Helen have been amazing to deal with you can always speak to one of them anytime and they always keep you updated even if you don’t hear anything for a couple of weeks rest assured these guys haven’t forgotten about you they know buying and selling property is a stressful time for anyone and if you put your trust in these guys they wont let you down.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE USED SB LAWYERS NOW ALBEIT THE THIRD IS ONGOING BUT BESIDES THE OBVIOUS TIME FRAMES THAT COME WITH SALES AND PURCHASING WE HAVE EXPERIENCED NO ISSUES AT ALL AND THEY ALWAYS GET BACK TO US PROMPTLY EITHER BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE.

Appalling Solicitor. We’ve been in a chain for the past 5 months and 3 days before an agreed SIM, Hannah Morgan, has pushed this back with no timelines, despite all parties involved being packed and ready to go. Including a member of our chain with a severe disability.

Upon chasing for answers we’ve received no response and no way of contacting the Solicitor. This “firm” has no morals or care for anyone’s regard involved and should be disgraced. I would strongly avoid at all costs.

We’re still awaiting answers and I would welcome contact from management.

We felt SB Lawyers were very thorough, friendly and professional, their responses were very quick and always on hand to answer any questions we had. We would be happy to use them again.

Avoid the conveyancing service. Expect to do the work yourself. That's what I had to do when dealing with SB. I think they are only trained on a bog standard conveyancing. If they receive inquiries which are not in their usual day to day then they will just go round in circles until you intervene. At the start of the process, you sign a contract to say that you instruct the solicitor to act on your behalf. Yeah, forget it. You'll be doing the homework and the chasing and you'll pay them all the same. My purchase almost didn't go through. It already passed a deadline and it was hanging by a thread until I opened a complaint procedure then my solicitor finally acted quickly and finally sent the documents which I have been asking her to send for weeks.
Thankfully it all worked out in the end with a late completion at the end of a work day. I finally moved into my new home in the evening.

If you do you them, give them very clear instructions by email because they won't answer your calls. If they don't get back to you in a few days then open a complaints procedure sooner than later.

Afraz (assisted by Solomon) was professional and had good soft skills, helping with a few tricky aspects of a sale and purchase and making sure that exchange and completion within a chain of 5 worked out correctly

Afraz was very prompt at getting back to me on my sale, and always available to answer my queries. His research into my property was extremely good and what he found actually stopped me from buying a 'dud' so I am very grateful. His work on my sale was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

The personnel that dealt with our sale, mainly Kaytlin Furlong and Georgia Parfitt, were exceptionally helpful and kind to us, an older couple, who are techno-phobics!
Our only negative comment would be that things were slower than we anticipated sometimes, possibly due to distance making communication difficult!
Other than that our experience was a good one, so thank you staff of SB Lawyers for all your help.

Lloyd and Cory dealt with the sale of my property and I would just like to thank them for their efficiency and how quickly they dealt with my case. Every email was answered to the same day there were no unusual delays and everything was corresponded and updated to myself very well to know where I was with the sale.

These people are scammers, rude and terrible communication. I bought my house 2 years ago and they never completed post completion. Therefore I am paying a variable rate for 4 months and have been consistently chasing for updates and constantly get ignored. The last comms that they sent is that they don't work Monday and Tuesday and nothing to do with what the progress regarding post completion in order for me to move over to my new lender. Till now I have no idea what the issue is and when it will be resolved and therefore will be on a variable rate till God knows when. Never knew solicitors can be this bad, I've heard the horror stories so I guess I am living mine.

Lloyd and Cory dealt with the selling of my house and were both courteous and efficient. There were a few delays (somewhat inevitable in the circumstances), but they were unfazed! Always lovely to talk to on the 'phone, they did much to allay my worries. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent service during a very difficult time. I was the executor for my mother's estate and had to sell her house. As you can imagine, this was a very emotional time. Elsa was fantastic throughout the whole process. There were difficulties trying to complete (caused by the buyer) but Elsa was constantly on top of her game and did everything to get things completed as soon as possible. I am so grateful to her, and also to her colleague Sharon who was also very kind and caring when she contacted me. I will be selling my own property in the future and would happily use this firm during that process.
