Just had my horse trailer serviced with SB Trailers. Fantastic communication easy drop off and all repairs completed within a day.

Phoned sbs today and asked for parts ,spoke to Mitch and asked the price for a new set of decals for my 7 year old R2 1300 trailer as i had blew some off with pressure washer.
Imagine my surprise when his boss told him to send me a full set free of charge ,all i had to pay was postage .
Outstanding customer service from SBS yet again ,thanks guys

Wow! I bought a second hand boat trailer privately but on collection the description exceeded the reality of the thing.
I had to get replacement/repair items and contacted SBS expecting a jaundiced reception. On the contrary, their assistance and service was beyond belief, I've now sorted my trailer now and cannot thank the Staff at SBS enough for their courtesy and help.
