Supposed to have a DDD on the 27th to my bank for my state return. They have had my money since the 27th and have NOT sent it as of yet. Absolutely disgusting to hold someone's money AFTER fees have already been taken out of the federal return. State even confirmed refund has been issued. Absolutely horrible. Never had this issue before and I will more than likely NOT be using them again next tax season. This is absolutely unacceptable!

The customer service is beyond horrible. They were extremely rude and impatient, and their fees were ridiculous next year. We're gonna choose a tax company that does not have anything to do with this bank.

30 days no taxes

Holding people's refunds hostage to make as much interest as they can..I know next year they will lose a shit ton of money so many are pissed off they won't be having fees taken out or paying for an advance just for these pos's to hold it to day of.

Holding refunds until the last possible second. They have had my tax refund since 1/20 and immediately took their fees and advance. 1/24 and still want to argue that they have not received my refund. IRS and TurboTax both confirm that this is not true

The worst bank on earth ! I will never use turbo tax while they use this bank . They sit on our refund till the very last second ! If I could rate them a negative I would ! Do better !

The lady I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. Got an attitude simply because I was asking questions. This is my first year ever having to deal with these things of a people. Happy to say that this will be my last!

Very very poor customer service and holding refunds to gain interest. Will not be using any tax service that goes through them ever again.

Believe every review.. they have your funds just not releasing it. and will have “ funded” fees and everything taken out no money in my account. not to mention they taking out more money out my tax refund.. And they have my refund since the 19th .. definitely need to be shut down I’ll never file with them again

Literally the slowest bank anywhere to release tax refunds. They'll hold refunds until as long as possible. Frauds. Never using Turbo Tax again as long as they are using this bank to collect fees.

Holding onto millions of dollars of tax payers funds and dictating the release is criminal. There will be consequences for this.

First and last time I use this bank for Tax purposes or anything! Holding your funds for interest purposes really puts others in a bind.

They absolutely hold your money to earn on it. IRS updates Friday morning to an 846 you get the money take out your cash hold it all weekend only showing you took your loan back. Monday you'll drag your feet again and if I'm lucky by close of business you'll show funded and turbo tax fees taken out. Then for your final trick Tuesday at ass crack close of business you'll send my refund to my bank at 5:30 at night when my banks closed so I can maybe just maybe get it the next night. Scumbags.

Avoid using any tax service that uses this company. Horrible experience. Massive delays hidden fees.

If I could give less than one star I would. SBTPG has had my tax refund money since the 19th because it says that my refund advance was paid on the 19th, but they still haven't sent anything to my credit karma account. I will never use another tax service who uses them and im going to try my best to sue them.

They hold funds and Instead of just releasing them to your bank, they dont release the funds until the exact date your taxes gave you. Regardless of how long they had the funds they will send it for a future date so even if you have banks like cash app you will never receive it early. They also release the funds late in the afternoon so you will probably get your tax refund a day later. This is all by choice and practice. This is one of the only groups that will do this 👍 dont go here

I will never in my life use any tax company who uses this bank for anything. It's ridiculous holding our money and not releasing it when the irs has sent it over to them. I hope this Bank gets sued for every dime & closes down for good.

I will NEVER use this bank ever again when it comes to getting my tax refund! This company intentionally holds your money longer even after the IRS has released the funds to them, all so that they can get interest off of your funds. This company should be shut down and I hope no one uses this company ever because I DEFINITELY won't use them again! If i could rate this company in the negative I would!!

Send out refunds early like all the other banks and and prepay services! This is my first and LAST time using this service. Trash

These are the scum that the earth can do without .. holding hard working tax payers money 4-12 days every time while reinvesting with zero interest to us these people need to be prosecuted and locked up forever they are the epitome of SCUM
