Scandihandles レビュー 

I placed an order several weeks ago which didn't arrive. On chasing I was told that the products I ordered had a delay and I would receive them the following week, which I did not. The website has always shown these products as available to order so this was deliberately misleading.

On searching Scandi Handles on companies house I found it was dissolved last year. I found out that 'Residence Store' is now the company trading as Scandi Handles, which itself has terrible reviews, and on companies house two of the directors have recently resigned.

I have a strong suspicion that this company is in financial difficulties and likely taking orders in a hope the business can continue operating, with no assurance on whether orders will be fulfilled.

Avoid!

AVOID this is either a FRAUDULENT or incompetent company!!

Recently purchased some handles (August 2024). They have not arrived. After my first email I received a reply saying there was a problem with a warehouse being closed for the summer (!) and my further emails have gone unanswered.
A bit of research shows all the directors of this company have recently been removed, and are all related to another company who have terrible trustpilot reviews for non delivery or orders (Residence Store).
Will be reporting both companies to trading standards.
