Best service!

Best service, best price. Best product.

Really impressed with the ring caps, having bought some at a major toy shop, these things are 10x louder. Possibly a bad idea for small kids, but bigger kids (im in late 20s haha) will have a great time with the spring loaded cap trick.

On one order an item was out of stock, they contacted me with great options and were really helpful.

I love hundreds of miles away so never been to the shop but will definitely be using them again.

Overall good customer experience

Good customer experience. My order was considerably delayed due to Royal Mail shortages, but a quick phone call ensured a replacement item was sent out via Tracked 24 - which arrived just in time for the required date.
Good quality items & customer service. Could be improved by the use of a more reliable postal/courier service?
