The quality is very poor. I have returned the products but they have not given me back my refund as yet. It has been 6 months as least. This is a scam operation.

I love my silver band ring, engraved with my son's names. Ordering was really fast and easy (font, sizing etc). After 4 years of pretty hard wear some of the letters had faded and so Stevie refurbished and returned it within a week. Fantastic service. Oh, and I also have a silver link bracelet from Scarlett which I've worn for nearly 10 years and I love that too!

I ordered a personalised gold pebble necklace for my daughter, with two tiny pebbles engraved with her children's initials and dates of birth. From the outset, Stevie at Scarlett Jewellery could not have been more helpful, explaining how to order a non-standard item, how to view proofs of the finished pebbles and how much it would cost.
On delivery, one of the pebbles had a few marks on it from the engraving process, and Stevie immediately sent a returns label, polished off the marks and returned the item to me within a couple of days. Stevie's communication was warm, helpful and timely through our transaction and I know my daughter is going to be thrilled with her necklace.
