Scarva Pottery Supplies レビュー

I love buying from Scarva because they are really helpful the order is always processed quickly.

Prompt delivery and packed really well. I am looking forward to making my coloured slips with my new staines. Thank you

Items were quickly delivered

My order arrived on time. The items were perfect for what I need for my pottery.

Order was dealt with quickly and a refund made for out of stock item.

Hopeless returns process - in spite of stating 30 day hassle free returns on the website it has taken me nearly a month of emails/phone calls (that I received no reply to) to try and get my refund on a returned item (with proof of signed return delivery!) the only means of communication that eventually got my refund processed was live chat.

I recently purchased a Brent pottery wheel from Scarva for my daughter as a gift. She hasn’t received it yet but I am sure it will be amazing! What I know is amazing though is the customer service from Scarva.
The website forgot to add shipping to the invoice for the wheel. We received an email from Scarva to say when we could expect shipping and that they would honour the price and absorb shipping cost. We didn't even realise it had been missed and wasn’t included and appreciate the gesture.

A brilliant selection of glazes and clay, with an excellent system of reviews and the opportunity to ask questions about the products which get answered on the website - within a day! Great customer service and efficient delivery.

Unable to deliver items . Claim that parcel force need signature and that cannot be changed . Definitely in at times claimed failed delivery . Now I will be charged failed postage and no items .

No news after a week of ordering. Postage is so expensive. Not sure will use again

Same products come at a premium over other suppliers. Postage is a pure rip off. Charged for 500g but cost only 50gram.
