The unit was muddy and there was no ramp for trailer to get into the unit. Therefore myself and the poor elderly man had to build a ramp out of broken paving slabs in the mud and rain.
Update
The company have responded to this review and put things in place so that this doesn’t happen again so great customer service on their behalf.

Absolutely superb experience , John on site office is Brilliant . Highly recommend this business . Safe secure , cctv and good lighting .

Local company with a comprehensive selection of different sized storage units. We needed to store the contents of our garage and dining room while we had building work done. We had a friendly welcome and a suitable unit was found in minutes. 24 hour access meant we could come and go as we wished and the process for handing the unit back at the end of the agreement was simple and effective.
The storage unit was clean and watertight.

Had storage for 7 months whilst house renovations were in progress. Easy access whenever needed, all communications were clear and all emails and or phone calls were responded to promptly and we had no issues during this period, would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Took our storage out during a house move in 2020. Just moved out of it 2023. Have to say we were very pleased with the container which was spotless, dry and accessible 24/7. Have no problem recommending them.

I moved from Germany to North Yorkshire and had to send a consignment ahead which SCA storage accepted for me. The unit was clean and dry and accessible 24/7, with very friendly assistance when needed. Thoroughly recommended, I would definitely use them again.

Can’t recommend enough fast reliable service they instantly sort you out when you need storage. We used them to store our items for moving house and they made it so stress free.

Probably the best and easiest storage experience I've ever had. First and foremost - the service I received from both Sam and John was fantastic - no waiting days for replies to enquiries etc. Very friendly and professional business people!
I rented a 20ft container for 3 months storage whilst moving house. A very secure padlock was provided with just a small security deposit.
I was able to back my van right up to the container - so no need to use trolleys and lifts like in many other facilities.
Container was dry and clean and the site seemed to have good security. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

We have had used storage at Sycamore on a couple of occasions and have been extremely pleased. The guys there are very easy to deal with and very helpful. Good, clean and very accessible storage.

I rented an excellent, dry, storage unit on Sycamore Business Park at Ripon. Easily accessible from the motorway yet a beautiful country location. It was a fantastic price and I received truly exceptional customer service from the whole team.

Great unit, really fab service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I used one of the units at the Ripon location to store some furniture for a few months. The location was very convenient as every unit had space to drive straight up and unload, and access is 24hr.

I cleared everything out a few days after my previous monthly payment, and they only charged me for those extra few days rather than another month.

Communication has been spot on and can't fault anything really!

Good secure facility at a reasonable rate! We have rented two containers at SCA’s Ripon site for around eight years and have found it easy to access and excellent communication with Sam and Ross. Very helpful agreeing payment date and precise no quibble rent and deposit return. Would certainly use again.
