Great I’m great once great service

I placed an order with ScentGiant and was expecting at least some communication regarding my purchase. However, despite sending multiple emails, I did not receive any update on my order for an entire week. The lack of response and poor customer service is very disappointing. Until now, I have no updates and don’t know anything about my order. If a company is selling products online, they should at least provide timely updates and be responsive to customer inquiries. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them if you expect clear communication and good service.

Service was very fast and professional. Products were in superb condition also.

I realize these products are not being made anymore which accounts for the higher price. I wish I could have ordered more than one but it wouldn't let me. Shipping was rather high too. Product was received in good condition and well packaged.

The website says orders are processed in 1-2 business days but I didn’t get a tracking number for a full week. My package still hasn’t arrived. They did reach out and apologize after I emailed twice.

First time purchase, always sketchy about fragrance sites I’ve never heard of but decided to try it out based on trust pilot reviews. Product was shipped next business day and packaged securely. Item was legit. I won’t hesitate to purchase again!

Great votive candles that I was not able to get anywhere else.

I received the candles in great condition and I am so happy you guys had in stock these great smelling candles.

I had an issue with my delivery and emailed them and they were super helpful and resolved my issue quickly !

I ordered a hand soap 3 pack. I got a personal email a few days later saying that one of the bottles was damaged, but they could replace it with another style or I could cancel the order. I opted to have the replacement, and the package was here a couple days later. Great product, too, and pretty!

Would have given another star however all 4 bottles have globs of glue that I cannot get off. Kind of ruins the aesthetics when placed out for guests to use.

So glad my favorite candle was available. Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was speedy was carefully packaged
