The strange negative reviews seemed to be sent in by people who did not go to a real Scentora site, but rather scam clone sites. I’ve purchased (30) bottles and have had zero problem with any of the shipments. I’ve even had my sig other have me purchase the entire line for him and he LOVES all of them. I’m on my second bottle of 415– and adore it!!!

This company is a scam! Don't trust them

I placed an order with Scentora Fragrance over 9 days ago based on their claim of 1–2 day shipping. My order never shipped, and all of my emails were ignored until I finally demanded a refund.

Only then did they respond to my fifth email. They finally said some of the items in my order are out of stock with no due date and that they “do not cancel orders.”

What is most concerning is that they continue accepting orders for items they do not have in stock, without providing any notice or updates to customers in their website. You don’t want to wait 2-3 weeks for your order? That’s too bad, you don’t have a choice now… they are keeping your money.

This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order, you are required to issue a refund. Or how about updating your website or reaching out to customers with updates?

Ignoring customers and refusing cancellations while holding their money is not legitimate business practice.

After reading the many similar reviews here, it’s clear this is a pattern.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints.

Do not buy from SCENTORA SA

It's a scam!! You place your and pay, after the transaction is complete they provide you with a confirmation email with your order number. Days go by and you do not receive your order until its now time for you to follow up. When you reach out to them they completely ignore you. You send them WhatsApps and emails, they don't get back to you! Guys please do not order. Please report their Facebook page as well. I repeat! Do not order!!!

Watered down or fake altogether

Placed an online order for R1580. Received confirmation email from them for my order on 8 January 2026 with a note that the processing will be completed in 3-5 working days, and that I will then receive an email notification with my tracking number and tracking link. This should have been sent 5 days later which would have been 13 January 2016 and according to them Delivery via courier takes 2 working days thereafter, which would have been 15 January 2026. Today is 19 January 2026, I have not received any further notice from them, not my parcel, and they have ignored my two emails I have send and also no response on Whatsapp.

Definitely not a place that I will order from again and to all potential clients of them, stay clear as they will defraud you!

I received only half my order. After numerous e mails , no response.
The smellof the perfume do not last more than 30 minutes. Poor poor quality and no reply

I bought a few fragrances. They are so weak that I’ve been using 10 sprays to get some fragrance. Despite this they don’t even last an hour before the fragrance goes. I have asked repeatedly to return my unopened items but I now get no reply. Do not buy from this site, all the fragrances that 3 of us friends bought are fake.

Extremely Disappointed — Incomplete Order, Poor Quality, and No Support

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only did I receive an incomplete order, but the perfumes I did receive were of very poor quality — they seem like diluted imitations, with scents that disappear within minutes.

To make matters worse, there is absolutely no customer support. The WhatsApp number is unresponsive, and emails go unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after receiving subpar products and not even getting my full order.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I urge others to be cautious before purchasing.

This is a TOTAL SCAM.
Please warn people and report their page on facebook so facebook can remove them. I do suspect they operate under several other names to promote and sell perfumes at the same discounted prices with the same website fonts and design, just a bit different in names. Don't order from any of these.

I WILL NEVER EVER buy any perfume or goods from anywhere except trusted wholesalers. Even if you pay a bit more, at least you get something for the money you have spent.

Fake perfume! Scentora does not reply to mails or whatsapp. No call line! Cancelled order before it was processed but the did not ream mails. When received I only received part of order. Immediately checked if its realto find out the fake! Want to return for refund but they not replying. Cannot get hold of the. Will open a fraud case and get legal help!

These people may think they’ve won. They may take our hard-earned money, disappear, and pretend they owe nothing to anyone. They may believe they’ve gotten away with it.

But life has a funny way of circling back.

I hope that every cent they took from us sits so heavily on their conscience that they can’t enjoy a single moment of it. I hope it weighs on them, every day, the way it weighed on us to earn it. Because money made through deception never brings peace — only anxiety, guilt and sleepless nights.

God sees everything. Karma always arrives. It is a pity we won’t get front row seats when it does, because justice has a way of catching up to people like this.

South African consumers must understand that they are protected and have rights, with regards to any products or services purchased - in terms of the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT!!

If you feel that you have been cheated, or have been duped into buying a non-conforming service or product (through false advertising, etc.), you can lodge a consumer complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman of South Africa (CGSO - check their website). The MAXIMUM fine is 10% of the misleading company’s turnover!!

Scammers ! They quick to take your money - yet fail to deliver with fake email address, fake WhatsApp chat bot , fake cell numbers and fake products ….. must be reported as scammers based in George in fake premises …. Absolute Facebook scammers !

I ordered a perfume which never arrived. I repeatedly contacted the WhatsApp number provided and was told there was an issue with the courier. 5 weeks after making the order - still no tracking number for the redelivery and completely ignored when I requested a refund

SCENTORA SELLS FAKE STAFF NOT EVEN PERFUMES IS JUST WATER I AM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.

I just not going to do business with them.

I purchased three perfumes, and all of them were extremely watered down. The scent disappears almost immediately — it doesn’t last on the skin or even linger in a room. I regret the purchase because you have to keep reapplying the perfume throughout the day, and it still doesn’t stay on clothes.

One of the bottles is made of plastic not glass and that’s fake advertisement
