Great company and really friendly
Great company and really friendly . I ordered on the 23rd nov and the parcel didn’t arrive . I was then made aware that due to the Royal Mail strikes the parcel had been lost and I received an offer for a full refund or gift card for more than we initially bought, I chose the card and the order arrived writhing 2 days. Really strong oils and the essential oils are the best quality I’ve used in years

order was placed and paid on 09.september.2022 but not delivered as of 28.november.2022,,tried emails and online chat but no help so far ...no published phone number to call . i started to wonder if they exist or if i became another victim of online scam.
UPDATE:
i'm writing again to inform everyone that i finally received an email regarding my order and it seems like an innocent mistake were made and i eventually received a full refund ....thanks to trustpilot and to Elliot from ES.

Only a faint smell on the copy of bacerat rouge.
The rest are just thick oil
