Ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived one shoe was bigger than the other, although it said the same size on the shoes, phone service is rubbish so can not contact them, they do not respond to emails very quickly,now waiting to see if i can return them and get my money back, still no response one very unhappy customer.

No customer service. It was difficult to find a returns process on the website, difficult to understand, no-one to chat with or speak to and no notice whether or not they had received my return and/or refunded my purchase.

Just opened the box, followed instructions to the letter but, the whole thing just doesn't work. Can't even get any liquid on to the cotton buds. I would strongly recommend that you keep away from it. Terrible product.
Poor customer service
I bought a scholl product and unfortunately it turned out to not be particularly useful as despite being for toenails it only had one size of plastic toe nail clip, it would have been more useful to have various sizes since people have different size feet.
I sent a message to scholl through their website which required a excessive amount of clicking to get to that point and then sent an e-mail suggesting that adjust the product to better fit a varied population would improve it. Zero response.
I do wonder how they thought including one size of plastic clip would be suitable for a general market containing a spectrum of sizes. The lack of response clued me in to the possibility that they just don't care. Once they have your money, thats it.
Crap customer service
I am trying to get advice on a medical product and have tried to get through to the customer service team for days with no luck. You simply get a rubbish automated response saying "everyone is the team is unavailable". JUST PICK UP THE PHONE!!!

I ordered some insoles, they arrived but are not suitable for my shoes. I have tried everything I can think of to get a returns label so I can get a refund of £25. I have emailed, tried the phone number given but it rings out and cuts off. I have spoken to RB head office who promised to get someone to contact me, nothing happened. I asked James and James the distributor to contact Scholl but nothing. We tried joining their customer club and had an email address sent which was the Italian branch. I think our only option will be to contact Trading Standards.

Terrible customer service. The phone number for customer service does not work. I have emailed and have had no response.
I am stuck with a brand new pedi which has a faulty charging unit which doesn't work.
If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would do.

Cannot recommend Scholl highly enough. I had an issue with a product and their customer service both surprised and impressed me. They really stand behind their products and I would have no hesitation to purchase Scholl products in the future, The best customer service I've had from a company in a very long time. Avoid purchasing from Scholl UK
Order some goods online with a 2-4 day delivery two weeks ago. They have still not been received. I have tried e-mailing their customer services and made an online enquiry, however had not had any response. There is apparently no telephone number for online sales.
Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from Scholl Uk.
